Online scammers. Advertising cars for sale they don't have. They pirate from other online sources and make you believe they have the car. They will ask for up front money then they will ship the car. It is all a scam, they are pretty good at deceiving, but do not send them a penny....

Bought an engine and it didn’t turn over right, found a screw down the intake runner… So now I have a damaged valve and valve seat and it probably won’t run right. Also the guy punched a letter on the transmission mount face… that’s a flat face that the trans needs to mount to flat, so I’ll have to file that down in order for it to sit right. Won’t buy from again.

The guys were great. A guy helped me unload my trailer. Hardly no wait eventhough they were busy. I made $243 for a load of old appliances.

Rip off notice at salvage yard!!. Quoted 650.00 for bumper assembly incuded grill.... ended up getting ripped off by Rob and company.. $770 charged plus $150 for grill. Greg owner doesn't care. Rip off! call around before using any Neuner companies ...

I just walked in with my son I stood by the counter and the lady inside didnt ask if I needed assistance so I FIGURED put my info in on this computer then she we help.This woman begins questioning my so for his I.D. Me being the mother why do you need I.D. if hes going out we need to make sure hes older than 16. I just had a question. She then processeds to tell me she had none pulled but there are stickers on some tires in the lobby. Thanks but no thanks they a rude if youve never been inside. First time customer very disappointed.

Pay ATTENTION!!! Make sure the scale is accurate and google the going rate. They will SCAM you from the true weight and real value. DISHONEST.

A few years back, I would have given more stars but as some other reviewers have said, you feel like you're unwanted the whole time you're there (as a buyer). Much of the pricing is decided arbitrarily by the person at the front and can be all over the place. While they've started pricing some things more like an arch restoration or antique store, you can still find some replacement parts and fixtures at a reasonable price.

Waste of my time.... When I pulled in and asked if the location was "Holland Electric Salvage" the response I got was, "I guess so." Less than quality customer service is putting it lightly. Three phone calls to check for hours went unanswered and unreturned. Might be worth looking elsewhere.

Telephone customer service was not pleasant at all. Hope they fix it before they sell to the public.
