Bad outfit to do business with my son is having to file a complaint with the Georgia department of labor as they've denied 2 weeks compensation due to his lost wallet with his social security card inside. HR person was rude and accused me of threatening her. The only so called threat was reporting them to Labor tregarding his unpaid compensation. My son and I will be going to Georgia office next week. My experience here was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a junkyard or any other business. The men in the front are extremely rude I was told one price on the phone and paid another price when I arrived. And then I asked to speak to the owner or the manager they hung up on me. I will not be paying my hard worked money for poor customer service at this location!

They lady was so helpful so friendly full of knowledge very professional people, we arrived early they offered wifi, water and so pleasant they helped us find a engine for a ranger very low miles. It's installed and everything all is well. Very thankful for these people. Highly recommend to others. Thanks

I buy alot of parts here for my GMC decent prices and love Bubba he is a hoot keeps ya laughing while your part is being pulled definitely recommend this for good parts and price

Service was great. Found exactly what we were looking for (exterior doors), and they were $75 less per door than the big box stores! The helpful staff even loaded them into our truck. Will definitely return!

My car was not quite junk yet, but it was not worth the cost of fixing. I was able to sell my car in less than 3 hours. The guys were really friendly and came to meet me with cash in hand. They are responsive and even returned when I told them I left an item that was left in the vehicle. I appreciate their honesty!

Great group of guys that are geared towards auto shop service instead of retail. Pretty amazing to call a parts house and get somebody that knows what they are doing every time you call...... Its use to be U- Wrench it now its GO PULL IT!! Where do I start….The prices are terrible for start. A good used tire is $45 dollars and the ones that might last you 30 days is $33 dollars. By the time you pay for fees and go have it mounted you better off getting a new tire off Amazon and take it to a local shop to install it for $20-$25 dollars. Next, they charge you fees without even asking do you want it(a 365 day warranty on my part was $7.00) for a strut. The person on duty said they were trained to do it this way . Taking advantage of the customers (GREED). Let me break it down for you: $32.73(Strut) $4.00 core $6.55 warranty .65 cent for lug nuts….where?? .13 cent warrant $2.36 convenience fee . I paid to enter which was $3.00 $2.79 sales tax $3.34 Environmental fee .20 cent environmental tax Total $52.75 for a part that was $32.73 PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Go to PULL -A - PART MUCH CHEAPER.

The worker who checked me out had attitude when I asked him to show my part worked in which the 1st and 2nd part did not work but the 3rd part did so I was happy I didn't have to drive back between these towns even though this worker didn't want to help in assisting me in finding a working part b4 getting all the way back home I'm sure happy he did under my circumstances. Thanks jasper auto salvage for ur time working with customer service in helping with my needs... My car runs now almost back on the road again.
