I was looking for a part for a 25-year-old vehicle. I was referred to them through another salvage yard. Since Newton, Auto Savage was about 30 miles away from my current location, I called to make sure that the part was there. The person that answered the phone confirmed that the part I was looking for was in their system. He confirmed that the part was there and went one step further by physically, making sure that the part was at that location. I gave them a detailed description of the part I was looking for, he confirmed he had it. And told me it would be at the front desk when I arrive. I know they can't physically make sure that every part you're looking for is there, I really appreciate the staff going the extra mile to make sure of what I needed and assuring they could solve my problem. The part worked great. And I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
