I bought a 1 ton dump off the guy's, first day it had an issue. Bob picked up the truck (a half hour drive) fixed it for free, and brought it back in only one day. I've never had such awesome service. Truck's running great, and I'm one happy customer. These are some hard-working, honest guys right here.

My son had called everywhere in Maine looking for a part for his vehicle. Nobody had it. Called dealership and it would be $700 for this part, brand new. Someone mentioned Paul's pick apart to him and he called. Sure enough, they had exactly what he was looking for, they'd get it ready for him and, it was $65! Great place for random used auto parts! Great prices too!

They was.. But now I have to lug the garbage to the road. That in itself is not bad for someone that can walk. I'll find a different way.

Absolutely amazing the mechanics over here know what they're doing they get it done right the first time they're quick and efficient and overall just a great group of mechanic. I highly recommend seeing Louie he is an absolutely amazing mechanic.

Another local shop screwed up a simple plug on a snow tire. Jimmy took me in at the last minute and plugged it up for free. I can't guarantee this type of service to everyone, but I've had Jimmy work on my car in the past, and it's been done within the day I've brought it in. Robichaud's rates are fair, and his work holds up.

Phenomenal team that provides great service. Always friendly staff. Any mistakes that are made are always rectified in a satisfactory manner. I have been doing business with them commercially for around 12 years and will continue to for the next twelve. The manager, Dana, is appreciative not only of his customers, but of his team as well. Cannot say enough good things. Now if only corporate could put some more money into updating their parts look up! This doesn’t negate from the store though.

Called for some used tires at 11am, said they would call back with a price, called again at 130pm, again said they would call back. Still waiting on phone call at 5pm. Kinda needed the tires. A return call would be nice when you say you are going to.

I agree to friendly service but the first and last time i will every travel 2 hours for spend as much as i did for everything to be strupped off and to start all over again and spend another $1,500 on top. Last motor i bought was actually everything there and only spending was i did here. An with lest rust on motor too. Thank your Greenpoint for just about robbing a single mom who is barely making ends meet and needs this her vehicle running again. Just about $3,000 for a motor great.

Bunch of scumbags, ripped me off by 100$ or so on brass because of a little steel fitting, but of course he didn’t say that as he was weighing it, so instead of 2$ a pound they gave me .21 cents, ya take your business to perry in Portland, these people suck and not friendly at all

Took a week plus to do a days work. Employee’s attitude was unacceptable when I called to inquire about my vehicle. Too high priced. Did thousands to get my vehicle up to par and still no sticker. Don’t bothering trying for a sticker here unless you drive a 2018

The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful, their system seems easy. Only thing I don't like is they couldn't give me even a window of time when they could pick up my car. Hopefully won't be too long as I really need it to be picked up. Will post a final review after my dealings are done.

We have used J&J to salvage a couple of vehicles. One for us and one for a tenant a while back. They are super responsive and fair. I would strongly recommend them for any auto salvage needs.

Daryl, who runs the garage, is a fantastic Subaru tech. Super knowledgeable, fair and forthright. If you've got a Subaru he's the best option anywhere.
