Just drove all the way here from the Western Suburbs of Chicago and I was very pleased with Kens Auto Place for Fender for a 2000 year car. I made a trip out of it just for the fender/liner since its usually like $200 to ship large items . I was very pleased by the customer service given to me and they had accomplished everything I had asked. Will be using their services again in the future for parts. Highly recommend giving this place a call.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was emailing with who I would assume is the owner and was offered $425 with no mention of needing a title. We arranged for pickup at 4pm (which is on my break from work, I had to be back to work at 5pm) and was told I’d receive a text when they were on their way. 3:50 and no text. When I reached out to see if they still planned on being here at 4pm he said yes. 4:25 and no one was here. Then got a call from a different tow truck driver with no apologies. He shows up 4:55 and instantly lowballs me to $400. Then asks for the title which we didn’t have because no one told us. Then tries to take the car for $300. This was the worst experience ever. There are MANY other junk car places to use, don’t choose this one.

Showed up early, called to confirm before hand, super nice tow driver, took the plate off for me. Cash in hand, and even sent me a text after all was done to make sure I received the agreed upon cash and that I was happy! I will refer everyone to them! They were great! Thanks Cash4Cars!

Fast friendly and helpful service. Very professional. On time. They even offered to come a little later with no hesitation because i didnt have the title ready. They even paid me more for the vehicle than other places were offering. Hands down the best place I've ever dealt with to scrap a vehicle.

I called Todd Quillan at Auto Ranch last week to see if he could plow my drive. He came right out that afternoon and did a good job. Pleasant and reasonably priced - I can recommend his plowing service to anyone.

I needed a car sold for junk Saturday, this company offered me a very fair offer and paid me as said, if your car is complete they will be very honest about it and pay you in full, I highly recommend them.

Great experience and very nice guy.His truck couldn't fit in our weird parking area so he went and got a smaller truck so it would fit. He never complained or got mad about the awkward parking job or having to drive around the block a few times to try to make it work with the big truck. Plus he was here 1st thing in the morning at 7:55am. Thank you!! It took awhile to get ahold of them to book an appointment(I'm sure they're very busy with everyone doing home improvements/ eviction clean ups), but when they did call back they got a dumpster out within a week! I will refer to clients and friends when they need a dumpster, especially since it's a long established Muskegon company! Thanks again

The staff at GLR were great and assisted us in scheduling my husband’s old truck to be picked up and recycled. The transport driver (Jay) was professional and very friendly.

I do business daily with Ernie's auto parts. They have impeccable customer service, and do their best to cater to every customer. Chad does an excellent job of doing exactly what he says, and if any problems arise, they do their best to take care of it. I would advise if anyone is looking to save money for some quality used auto parts to give Ernie's auto parts a try.
