I have purchased items from Ken’s about six times over the years, from transfer cases to full sets of tires, and all of those were great! But today isn’t about that, today is about the cleanliness of their yard…it’s immaculate! Sign says Green Yard, but the precautions and steps taken to prevent pollution is awesome! Grateful for all their work!

Use to be a great place to go would suggest it to anybody. Not anymore. Don't waste your time because that's all you will do. They have runners and non runners. Well they basically only have runners. So they will not let you take parts off of them. It's a joke. Got all kinds of vehicles but don't let you get parts off them. Worst junkyard I've been to in last 10 years.

Called up there and spoke to a guy named Mike. He then told me to text him my address, but texted me before I got the chance with the wrong vehicle name. I then said back in the text message that it was not a Chevy Tahoe and that it was a GMC Yukon and asked if we were still going through with the plan. He said yes, I said sounds good and never heard back from him again. 👎🏽

Fast friendly and helpful service. Very professional. On time. They even offered to come a little later with no hesitation because i didnt have the title ready. They even paid me more for the vehicle than other places were offering. Hands down the best place I've ever dealt with to scrap a vehicle.

My dad had a car that had been sitting for over 8 years spoke with Todd on Saturday afternoon concerning the car. Sunday afternoon he was picking the car up. Todd and Mark both were very nice and friendly individuals. Highly recommend this company if you want good service.

I was so worried I wasn't going to find the right hood for my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire as some of the parts are notoriously hard to source. And they had not one but TWO!! They were the only ones in the entire state, honestly their inventory is very impressive. They threw in a hood lock for me for dirt cheap too, super pleased.

Great experience and very nice guy.His truck couldn't fit in our weird parking area so he went and got a smaller truck so it would fit. He never complained or got mad about the awkward parking job or having to drive around the block a few times to try to make it work with the big truck. Plus he was here 1st thing in the morning at 7:55am. Thank you!! It took awhile to get ahold of them to book an appointment(I'm sure they're very busy with everyone doing home improvements/ eviction clean ups), but when they did call back they got a dumpster out within a week! I will refer to clients and friends when they need a dumpster, especially since it's a long established Muskegon company! Thanks again

The staff at GLR were great and assisted us in scheduling my husband’s old truck to be picked up and recycled. The transport driver (Jay) was professional and very friendly.

I needed a black rear door for my 2015 Toyota Highlander and a quick internet search showed that the only black door within 50 miles was at Ernies, and it was rated in excellent condition. Headed over to Ernie’s the next day where I met Bill, a really nice guy. The office is clean, calm and well organized. Bill was very pleasant and he confirmed on his computer that the door was still available, but it was in Ohio. No problem, it could be shuttled to Michigan the next day. I agreed to buy the door, paid a deposit and picked it up the next day when it arrived as promised. Bill had us carefully examine the door before we made the final payment (it was in beautiful shape), then loaded it in my vehicle. I left the office a very happy customer. I highly recommend Ernie’s if you need auto parts.
