I called GLR about picking up my son’s old vehicle and in less than 24 hours the vehicle was gone and I had cash in hand! Their initial quote was lower than the quote I received from a competitor, but they were willing to not only match their competitors’ prices, but actually went above them! So in the end they had the best offer for us. The process was also very quick and smooth. I called in the afternoon and they were out the next morning to pick it up! From their very kind customer service, to top pricing, to the quick and easy pickup, I definitely give this place 5 stars!

A pick up day was scheduled and they did not show up. it have been two days now. I can not reach them. They have hung up or it has gone straight to voicemail. I have already filled out my title. If they do not pick up this Car I will have a void title. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for reimbursement. This is bad business practice.

Great service! Called, they gave me a quote that was better than expected for my son's old, hadn't run in months, Civic. Came out the next day, handed me cash and hauled it away. Tow truck driver was courteous, timely (called twice to let me know when he'd arrive) and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

I scheduled a pick up for 5pm because my driveway would be to full past that time, they called to say there ready 7:45pm. I rescheduled for them to come the next day between 3 and 4 pm, do to my grandmothers wake i had to attend to at 4:30pm, they called ready at 5pm. I understand things happen but if there's an agreed time, then that's the time window. Disappointed with the lack of communication
