Went there to buy tires for someone in need and said we don't have much, but I asked if I could poke through the pile and he agreed. After about 20 minutes I set some tires aside that I wanted and he comes over and asks what I'm doing with the tires. I didn't know how to answer, what do most people do with tires? I mistakenly said sell them. Never mind that I'm not making anything on them, just on installing them. He said "Do me a favor, put these tires back in the pile, get in your truck and leave. You're on private property and I can tell you to leave if I don't want you here." Oooookay, if that's what you want. "Yes, that's what I want". If it's any consolation I dealt with the son before and he was fine. But the old man needs to go retire and be happy.

Overall, really good. Good price, incredibly fast. Did a good job of advising on what process was. Reason I didn't rate 5 is communications were a bit confusing on the front end. Getting communications asking me to do things that had already been done and sent to others. Not seamless yet.

Worst experience never going back again. They give me my car back with a whole different computer causing my car to shut off and never turned back on for 2 weeks now and they had my car over 2 months to fix my ac. They didn’t fix the ac, they tell me multiple stories about my car having different problems. Very unprofessional they didn’t even keep me updated. I had to keep bugging them
