If I had another option for where I live I’d have switched to another company a long time ago. My calls to them go unanswered and it takes several voicemails later to receive a call back. They have also continuously messed up my billing including billing me for the months they froze service due to COVID.

Called and left several messages for a roll off dumpster. I realize that a lot of people are getting dumpsters now but you can’t even call us back after several messages over two weeks.
