Very smooth experience. After sending pictures of title my appointment was scheduled and they called that morning to say they were coming out and the driver called me when he was 15min. Away. Gave me my check loaded the car and was gone in 15min.

The communication was horrible. I had to jump through hoops. I had to prove that the vehicles were mine. Every time I called I got a different person. I couldn’t understand their English. The best part about it is when I got to talk to Copart themselves if I had to do this again, I would never Use this cash for cars ever there’s a lot of BS. Also, Omar changed the prices two times. He was not even familiar with the vehicles. He was picking up very unprofessional.
