Clearly they don't know the difference between parts and the only thing they know after waiting 30 minutes on top of what they already let me wait and brought a yellowish headlight and they said its (A grade) idk how, but it's not even the right headlight and all what they have to say "" well that's what we have""

I ordered part which was a little pricey but was told it would be ready next day. So I waited an extra day and more specifically, the end of day and NO PART. Needless to say I was not happy, but walked out without the verbal frustration. I'm sure my face said it all. Maybe always call ahead? They should've told me that at the time of purchase.

Tom is honestly the best! Before I knew about tom, I was ordering from Fenix every once in a while. To be honest, the service I was receiving before was way too slow and unreliable that I had discussed with my employees potentially finding someone else to do business with! Took my car in for a flat tire. Fixed the flat but didn't tighten all the lug nuts a week later the lug nuts snap and the tire came off the car causing significant amount of damage to the front end. Guess we'll see if they take accountability for it. Had a different shop do the repairs.

Best prices on foreign auto parts better than advance auto or Napa or AutoZone definitely cheaper than a dealer they always have what I need in stock again for foreign cars I don’t really think they deal with American cars too often that’s when you would go to one of those bigger chain parts stores Steph is pretty friendly it took a while for me to get to know them obviously they’re always working so they don’t look too nice they look grumpy but they’re actually a great group of guys I get some extra doughnut in your life will make them feel better LOL

My husband and I are so thankful to BC Automotive for being kind and understanding of our situation. We bought parts for our Ford Explorer, and everything was in great condition. We talked over the phone, through messages, and in person — and everyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. Everything went really smoothly. I love going to Cozzi Recycling in Melrose Park. Finding their entrance is difficult for some so here are the directions: - From York Road in Elmhurst take St. Charles Road east and continue past 25th Street. - When you reach 19th Street, turn left (heading north). - Proceed north until you cross the rail road tracks and then turn left (heading west). - Proceed down this street until it ends and Cozzi will be on your left. - Drive right inside and pull right up to one of the yellow post markers (so your front bumper is even with the one of these yellow post markers, this is important!) - Caution, you may get a flat while inside of the Cozzi Recycling building due to screws, nails, etc all over the ground inside the main building.
