Every time I've called for a part they've always use me very reasonable most junkyard try to bend you over they want to help you and I appreciate their help

I definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering parts from them. They tell you that they will have the parts within a few days and you will be waiting quite a while for them to come in. I’ve ordered a part for my truck and so far I’ve been told several different days that my part will be there to pick up and unfortunately I still waiting for my part to come in. They refused to refund me because Larry said that he ordered it. Well I still don’t have my part and it’s going on 2 weeks now definitely not impressed with them. I hope they get my part soon

My company has worked with Berwick metals for the past year and they have been exceptional. I always receive a call back if I call after hours or during a busy time, and they make sure to get us on their schedule immediately without issue. Anyone in commercial work will appreciate the customer service and consistency that Berwick provides.

Honest and knowledgeable. If you have an air cooled VW and are patient these guys are the best. Yes, they are slow but they know more than anyone in the state about vintage VWs.

The guy running the scale is great and friendly. Takes time to explain where stuff goes and what the process of sorting stuff at there yard is. Also easy in and easy out.

I’ve been scrapping for a lot of years now, and just found out about this place a few months ago. Boy wish I was aware of it long before now. Been there twice in the last few months and nothing but good people from the yard to the office. This place is my new go to for all scrapping purposes.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Unprofessional hillbillies. They will waste your time and tell you to come up for a part then when you get there they refuse. When you thank them for wasting your time they call you obscenities. Low class even for a salvage yard.

Id give a no star if i could. Weve been coming to this place faithfully the last 5 year, and The people that work there now are very rude and disrespectful. Especially the woman at the front desk she always has something ignorant to say when we go there. They screw you over on your weight and prices everything. I recommend going to any other recycling place than here. Newport metals is better than this place!

I don't appreciate the driver of one of the tow trucks putting hands on the hood of my car while I was parked at dollar general in belmont. I didn't call for a tow and I wasn't illegally parked. Also inspecting my car and trailer for no reason. Not ok. Good thing I have a locking pin in my trailer

The gentleman that runs it, not only is he one of my husband's closest friends, but Bud is awesome at scrapping metal.the best place to bring your metal! He's very fair.

Large 50 foot scales, completive prices on most metals, they take stoves and refrigerators at no cost which most places charge you to get rid of them. closest recycling facility to Bangor and I95, No idea what the previous review is talking about. Most likely a fake review from a competitor.

The lady on the phone was super rude she delt with me calling the 1st few times because they were late then tbe last interaction she had a guy get on the phone as she is hollering over him so neither one of us could hear each other!! She didn't give the guy any information about the car I was selling he was confused so he left without the car then was told to come back and grab it. They driver was nice but they were super late I told them 3:15 final sale with at 3:44... never again will I deal with them or recommend them to anyone!!!!

Got a flat tire and needed a new one asap. Nobody in town would answer their phone and if anybody did answer they wouldn't be able to do any work for over a week. Gave M&P a call, they told me they had the tire in stock, said they could put it on same day. Drove over, tire was perfect, they stopped what they were doing and threw the tire on for me. Could not have been happier they couldn't have done a better job. Lots of folks on here sound like they've had negative interactions with the guys. I'd recommend being polite, say yes sir, and tell them your appreciation after they help you out and provide the service or product. Will definitely be back.

BE CAREFUL OF THE TARE WEIGHT THEY MINUS IT'S ALWAYS 5LBS... I HAD THREE OF THE MIDSIZE BLACK TOTES LOST 15LBS. I'M PRETTY SURE THOSE TOTES DON'T WEIGH 5 LB SO JUST EXPECT A TYPICAL 5 LB NO MATTER WHAT, BETTER OFF JUST DUMPING THE COPPER ON THE SCALE. PLUS WHATEVER THEY QUOTE YOU IT'S NOT THE SAME.
