Spoke to Brad today, on a whim, looking for a few parts for my vehicle. He told me to come right over and take a look to see what i wanted. I hit the jackpot and he took care of me like a brother. Never mer him before but he was super helpful, polite and convenient. Thanks a million!!!

This review is way overdue but the owner is a very reliable, fast, and above and beyond. i was shocked that he cleaned up the broken glass in my car which i thought would be a nuisance but he still did it anyways and the pricing was phenomenal compared to other shops trying to overcharge. 10/10 would come back

Absolute must go! Had a great time antique shopping while drinking the tea I bought from their cafe. The hybrid boutique store/antique/thrift style stalls were fun to explore and come back to when you ultimately decide "you do" want those coupe glasses after all.

Dan and Bill have never given me the wrong part and thats the main thing U look for in a auto parts store they are a my only supplier.

Bought an engine from here recently, was able to start the car it was coming out of to verify it was good and that the mileage was correct, so that was nice. Upon leaving a deposit, it was agreed I would get all accessories minus the starter since they sell it presumable. However, when I went to pick up the engine, not only was the starter not included, but so was the alternator, AC compressor, and exhaust manifold. The oil pan was severely dented as well, and I needed to replace it because of that. The older gentleman (Presumable the owner) had a very poor attitude/customer service. The rest of the guys working there were great to deal with.

There were two men ( I didn’t get their names ) but they made me very much enjoy my experience here. The first time I went to a scrap place, they made me feel stupid & didn’t help me very much despite it being my very first time at any scrap yard. The guys at Sgt. Scrap made me feel welcome and unloaded my car for me, wheeled over all the scrap to the scale, and sorted it all for me. Even walked me through the registration process since it was my first time at this location. Very fair price and smooth process. Will definitely come here again & recommend.

A motor was purchased from them, I was told it was tested and ready to install. Once started working on the car, I found out that I was scammed. The motor was a complete disaster. Sensors were replaced with different ones that didn't belong to the motor. FreeZe plug was leaking coolant. Knock sensors were replaced and sat there with lose bolts. Intake was replaced with a cracked one and missing caskets. Injectors were lose and seals are missing. EGR was deleted and the hole was JB welded. Worst part is, when I called and spoke to Rick to confirm that the motor is good to install, he confirmed twice that it came in running, and was taken of the car and sent to me . Months ago, they did the same thing with a rear differential for a Ram Never trust them, they are the worst

Very Helpful very Humble guys First timers; Wait for your turn , back it up to the scale and wait for the gentleman inside tells you to “go ahead” , Keep backing up carefully and dump your lite Iron. For Aluminum / cables/ coppers and other valuable scrap go around the building where you see forklift guys and hand over your left over scrap. Its that simple.

Would give 0 stars is possible. RUDE customer service, won’t return calls or texts. Refused to provide documentation of pickup after leaving with the car. Interaction would probably been different, had a male presence been with me. Disappointing service.

I appreciate the rapid service. I just had to answer 2 questions and I got an immediate answer and all was done in less than an hour. Tow Truck drivers arrived very promptly at my location before I even got there. Handed my money when all service was settled. Tommy had great customer service for me. Cut and Dry. Thank you. Very bad service it something wrong with the owner very unhappy people don't recommend... don't have a credit card machine just cash bad.. he's got big space and he don't want you park inside why?? We here to make business no visit... some things are bad trash and somethings are expensive..

Tried to get a quick estimate and had the most rude and unprofessional call ever. It is beyond me how someone can run a business like that — would recommend calling anywhere else but here. Adding this to my review in response to his below -- I offered him a car (2015 ford fusion) which was rear ended -- car runs and drives perfect. Car has a title and registration, I told him I didn't have the title just not with me today, I keep it in my safety deposit box. He offered me $500 for it and I asked him if that was it and he hung up on me. The owner had the nerve to find and call my home number, he had no problem harassing my girlfriend and threatening to "make me famous" over the review above. I think he has serious anger issues.
