Edit: Not a bot. Real person. Real experience — as in, this phone call happened literally an hour ago. You must have amnesia if you “don’t recall” being rude and sarcastic on the phone. I called one time, and from the second you picked up, you had an attitude — cutting me off, mocking the mileage on the car, throwing out the name of my town like you had a personal issue. Now you’re trying to spin it like this is some fake “story”? Be for real. Own your behavior. If this is how you respond to valid criticism, it says everything people need to know about how you treat others. Leaving this up. Try gaslighting someone else. Rudest, most miserable person I’ve ever dealt with on the phone. I called ONE time. I never contacted them before, just trying to ask about getting rid of my old car. Before I could even finish a sentence, the guy cuts me off with, “yeah yeah, with a million miles on it,” and says the name of my town like he was mocking me. I wasn’t looking for a big payday. I know the car has high miles. I just wanted some info. But this guy acted like I was beneath him for even calling. No patience, no respect, just pure attitude from the second he picked up. If answering the phone is such a burden, maybe don’t have a phone line. Miserable energy, zero professionalism, and a nasty attitude for absolutely no reason. I don’t care if it’s a junk yard. Basic decency isn’t that hard. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being talked to like garbage.
