Absolutely worst customer service. „The owner” hung up on me like a little baby after explaining that I have been trying to get ahold of them for over a week. They are picking up cars whenever they please, they will call you with an hour of notice that they will be there. After telling them my free window they still don’t show up. Never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I guess all the negative reviews are 100% true and now I can see why.

This dude is very unprofessional and rude, gives you a time then doesn't call you back gets upset when you call him to see what time they arriving like we don't have other things to do also I don't recommend this place.
