They pulled my replacement axle from out of the creek bed and under mud. Now it needs to be taken completely apart and cleaned out and rebuild it. For the price I should have got one from California and it would be a rebuilt rear axle for about the same price. It was raining and they don't work in the rain. They take the day off. I had to wait for 4 days to get my axle I already paid for up front. And I got a shifty axle that the emergency brake and covers were rusted away and for the price and the wait I should have had it shipped from California. I would've been more pleased with it.

Fat Boys did an awesome job at repairing my car after it had been backed into. They were very efficient and up front with me about everything that needed to be done to repair the vehicle. I would, most certainly, recommend them to anyone need auto body repair work.

This place was amazing called and he said he would look to see if he had my part, called me back within a hour, very reasonable actually cheaper than anyone else. Nice friendly and very easy to find will definitely use again highly recommend

I like their open set up the only dislike was I had my wife call about the fender for my car they had one so I told them I would be there Friday to get it.. when I showed up it still needed to be pulled and I was in a huge hurry as I had other places to make it before 5 when lots of stores close. Anyway they had it off and ready for me when I returned and it was super cheap. I always recommend people here when they need used parts. They are really busy people though so I get why stuff doesn't get pulled you never know who is going to show up for the parts and who's not. And if your there your going to buy it

Two weeks ago we purchased a lift gate actuator from Salisbury Auto Salvage off of eBay. Based on the listing we were assured the part was good. Upon receiving the part, the vehicle did not relearn the actuator, so we sent the vehicle to the dealer to relearn the new part only to receive a report that the part was faulty. Not only did we pay mechanics to install the part, we paid the dealer to relearn a faulty part to no avail. After a mix-up returning the old part, Justin assured me he’d send a paypal request (I offered to cover the postage) to return their faulty actuator only to never receive a request for payment. Why is the customer having to pay for correcting mistakes made by selling bad parts??? Beware public!!!

Never had a problem coming here. Been coming here for years. The other day I brought in scrap and aluminum cans. The scale said 0 when I started pouring the cans. It said 29lbs when I was done. They paid us for 4lbs of aluminum. When I inquired about the difference they tried to tell me I only had 4lbs. I know how much I had. I also know without a doubt that two and a half large, black trash bags is more than four pounds.

Jerry was personable and took good care of me. I'm an 1.5hrs away from vics. He made sure the parts were there, removed, and priced before I left home. Even called back with a couple questions to make sure it was the right part. Also gave me a small discount! Don't listen to the other review here, they're ancient history. I will definitely be returning!

Ya'll should be ashamed of the way you treat and talk to people. I'm surprised you have any customers. If I'm coming to you ( I was warned not to) I need something asap, not to be on your "list" for a few days out. So disrespectful. Not that you care anyway, but acting like you are annoyed that someone came in to your facility, and sooooo backed up. Maybe you should go back to letting people get their own parts, hire more help, better yet, do better as a person.

Had several boxes of sorted metal. Had not sold scrape for a long time. The employees were great in explaining the process. They helped unload boxes from my truck. Great experience.

I really enjoyed the time I spent with them today during my car service

Like many I was hit by some financial hardships due to COVID-19 and fell behind on payments and they stopped picking up my trash, so I made a payment of what I could. I called to verify if that’s why they stopped picking it up and she said yes. I asked why I wasn’t notified that my services would be stopped like all utility companies must do. She said they have 7,000 customers to keep track of and it’s not her obligation. I’m cancelling service immediately due to the poor customer service. I totally understand I was not paying the bill on time and that’s my fault, but don’t be disrespectful like that especially when I was trying to figure out exactly how the bill works.
