I broke down around Flatwoods yesterday and was in a bind. I needed to have my vehicle towed back to Hurricane, past Charleston. I called and they gave me a very reasonable rate, and picked up my vehicle within an hour or so of me calling. They took my car to the repair shop that same night. Super friendly and easy to work with. Highly, highly recommend! 5 stars.

I have took engines , heads, cranks to Steve’s since the late 80’s and always had good experience and excellent and professional work done. Here’s a picture of a Perkins engine 4.236 they put dry sleeves in it checked the head runs like it did when it was new thanks a lot Steve’s auto

I got them to put a transmission in & they did & they also found a few other things wrong with it & I didn't even no was wrong they fixed it. They did a wonderful job. There the only 1's I'm gonna take my vehicle 2 from now on. Thank you everyone at Eagle auto parts. YOUR GREAT!!!!

I had to get Jesse from Glenn's Towing to come and get my truck out of the ditch after getting run off of the Road by an inconsiderate driver who did not stop. Jesse showed up and showed a very professional work ethics and was really quick to get me back on the road again and was extremely knowledgeable and what he was doing. I highly recommend. Not only was Jesse a very professional driver but he had a huge rollback and very limited space to get by my truck which he managed to do without a problem. In the situation that I was in I would not have drove that roll back between my vehicle and the other side of the road but he was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was doing. My truck was bottomed out therefore I could not get the vehicle out on its own power. Thanks again Glen's Towing

Went in to pick up parts that were ordered online. Neither associate was wearing a mask. I even asked about them not having masks and they both said NO. They are using a shared jar of pens, no cleaning between customers. Terrible super spreader place, stay away at all cost. This company obviously does not care about the customers, only the bottom line

Guys stay away. They are a real company. And they are in the business of ripping people off. Charged extra fees that were not disclosed. Then charge extra storage fees for being late on the day after paying for it. Them after paying the late fees, are refusing to give me the vehicle because they want a pin # that supposedly nobody can give for an hour. Meanwhile I have staff on the clock....waiting. They are trying to get me to leave, so they can charge more fees. A joke. I already have given them $1819 for a $450 purchase. STAY AWAY

This place is aways good. The people are friendly and very, very helpful. The prices are very competitive. I'd go out of my way to come here, but luckily their in my back yard. Keep up the great work!

Much smaller store than I'm used to but they seem to have most things in stock. Excellent customer service, friendly. Unfortunately I need to exchange the item (wasn't sure the size I needed and no one offered to look it up) so we'll see how smooth that goes.

The woman who works the desk is very kind, however when I went in to drop off my car for repairs, I was talked down to by the manager/owner in a way that was shocking. I ended up walking away. I understand, as a business owner myself, that there are rough days, but this guy didn't let up. I don't recommend this place for service work. This is the first review I've given on Google thats less than 4 stars... im not that kind of person...but this experience was discouraging and I want to save others from it.
