Good luck getting them to anwser the phone. It stays off the hook.I stopped by to see if they had any used tires after waiting on marc for 15min.When ask if he had any tires he said and i quote" you can buy tires every day at a store down the road "After using his business for over 20yrs & lived beside him for 14yrs he treated me like someone he didnt want to deal with.I will never use Elk Valley Salvage again.

I was recently in the area of Elk Valley Salvage, and decided to stop in and see if they had anything I needed. The owner & staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They also have great prices. It was a pleasure to do business here. The yards near Charleston WV where I am from aren't nearly as receptive to customers. I will stop here again if I am ever in the area again.
