I was sold the wrong rim to my car. I tried to take it back within a hour of buying it because it was the wrong size. I was told I had to speak to a manager to receive a refund but they wasn’t in. So I called back again and again over a couple days. After about three days of calling the guy told me the manager was finally in but refused to let me speak to her. He told me he talked to the managers and she said they weren’t going to give me a refund. So I returned the item for store credit so I wouldn’t just loose my money. The guy gave me credit for the amount I paid before taxes and not my total. They are a scam and a ripoff. I have never made a return or exchange and only received credit for the amount before taxes not the total amount. After I use my credit I will not be doing business with them again.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! They pay top dollar for cars. They are also on time and very professional. Would definitely recommend!

Super easy to get to with very wide weigh scale. Workers were awesome and also helped to unload scrap. Best pay rate around and walked away with a big payday.

Bought a part two years ago expecting mid, but it was actually really good. Been with me for two years, almost three and the owners are so nice, I was offered chai after my purchase. Not a scammer-- very nice guy. Will be buying again.

Machine shop staff and service is great. The work they did on my junkyard engine block was phenomenal. I highly recommend this machine shop to anyone who is jumping on the LS junkyard swap bandwagon. These guys know what they're doing and won't steer you wrong.

Staff are knowledgeable and always helpful even when you don't know the correct name of the part you need describe it and they will help you locate what you need

This is the worse place in detriot i get a engine they been tested for the head gasket to be blown now I gotta pay to take it out and find a new engine on top of that I gave them all 100 dollars bill they give me a check knowing it cost 30 to cash it this not good business more like sand man come to America to Rob and still clearly

I had to go off road in the snow to avoid hitting an SUV that stopped suddenly in front of me. They got to me within 15-20 min to pull me out of the snow. Reasonable price. Knowledgeable and polite tech. Hopefully won’t have to use them again but it’s nice to know they are out there doing good work.

I would come back here to purchase parts if I need them. Overall I had a good experience here. I found this place from a Facebook marketplace and and was unsure how safe it was to go here since I am not from the area but I decided to go anyway. It turned out to not be too bad. The guy at the counter who treated me was welcoming and walked me to the part I was looking to buy. The part I was looking for was more scratched up than what was shown in the picture the guy from the desk worked with me on the price. He then offered to carry the item for me which was a pleasant surprise but I declined. He did however walk to my truck and opened the tailgate for me which was nice.
