Very rude, unprofessional, absolutely no customer service ethic... If I was able to rate a Zero, I would!! Period. The man answered the phone (just said "hello") Sounding like it was his own personal phone he was answering. Politely and confused sounding I asked.."Hi..is this RPM?" he disrespectfully snapped back," YOU dialed RPM..so why WOULDN'T IT Be! His tone and the way he actually said it sounded to be very sarcastic, belittling and it was a dumb question..I'm dumb for even asking ..I said, "oh, ok you just said hello so I wasn't sure if I was calling a business or someone's personal number. I jumped right to the topic asked for the part I was looking for before I even finished he cut me off saying, "we don't have inventory on parts available you need to have your mechanic remove the part off. Wow!! The thing is, I am my own mechanic, also you don't have inventory on your vehicles?? or parts that are available or still on the vehicle. Basically, I was just trying to let a manager, or the owner know your employee just threw a bunch of money out your door. Having great customers Service, being helpful, and not assuming because I'm a female I need a mechanic to pull the part for me. WRONG!! I continue buying products from companies that give a damn!! I will let anybody and everybody available to listen about my experience.

Really helpful people.The guy ran around the whole place looking for the part.I needed finally found it.I put the part in which was a front differential and it works great, no issues.No leaks , and the price was really good.. Whatever you're getting, make sure you bring your old core.If you need a core.

I was scrapping out a vehicle was told on the phone to be at location by 5:00 or sooner to use the scale I showed up 15 minutes to 5:00 when I walked in the building the guy behind the counter told me that I wasn't going to be able to get it scheduled today I told him that I was told on the phone to be there by 5 or sooner he said by 5:00 and I said yes so he made a phone call to the guy that uses the scale of apparently I was there too late he then look at me and said you'll have to come back Monday I said I just drove 20 minutes to come here and I was told to be here by 5:00 and he said well I'm sorry with a bit of an attitude I said are you serious you guys can't take it today and he said nope sorry with an attitude again I looked right at him and said okay and he said you'll have to come back Monday I laughed a bit and said I will not be coming back here Monday that's for sure and then he just looked at me and said well I don't know what to tell you I'm sorry the lack of service and miscommunication was very upsetting and the attitude made me want to smack the guy in the face to be honest I'm currently sitting in their parking lot right now waiting for another person from another scrap yard down the road to come and he's going to pick it up and give me cash on the spot for it I'll be more than happy to sit right in their parking lot and let them watch me get it picked up and paid cash for it right out of their lot they missed out on that over 10 minutes to 5:00 that's ridiculous if that's all they provide service for their customers that's an absolute joke I will absolutely never be coming back here for anything at all I will go anywhere but here even if I have to pay more money this place is an absolute sham and the customer service is complete garbage thanks for nothing RPM
