One of my favorites places to go for my car parts the guys there a veary cool an helpful if I have ever had a problem with my parts they have let me bring them back an exchange them even gotten for a cheaper price than anywhere else,.thumbs up to you all who work here keep doing a great job an thanks for all your help

I got a Good price in a very expensive part.Don't be afraid to haggle. Don't be afraid to offer to take your parts off yourself.The staff are average Joe's with jobs, be respectful They're not only respectful but extremely helpful and willing to work with you.Not sure the guys name at the desk, but thank you for the great deal, same for the help from the guy on the yard.I will be returning for more parts, great deals, great guys, great parts

Hum. Rpm is ok. I buy a car part from them 2 years ago, when I get to the mechanic it doesn't work with it and I return it. They gave me a credit on recit, after that I went there to change my tired and they said it's still good. This years I need to buy a part and I couldn't find the recit that contains the credit. So loose 90$ . 😪😔I went there again recently to buy a part and the mechanic said after that is ok. He does need it anymore , when I return it back. They give me again a recit with credit . Thus time I was soso mad. The guys on the cashier showed me to take a picture so even if I loose the recit I still can show the number on the picture and use my credi.

So far i normally go to corporate chain auto parts stores but lately i just go to RPMs they have what i need and i save a few bucks and the parts are better and when i took my car with parts to Tuffys they said hey we get are parts there too...

My 1st time making a major purchase from here, I purchased a headlight rack(brand new) for $75 a piece😖! But, get this my dad told me I didn't need the whole kit, just change the lightbulbs!!! What the Hell😡 Now, I'm out of $150 dollars & have 2 new headlights in unopened box! My mechanics said, I needed it....I was duped☹ Now, I'm trying to sell them...

Called them about windshield wiper part Dave answered the phone said computer showed they had it Dave couldn't find it took my phone number he'd keep looking an hour later called me found my part I fixed my wife's truck saved over 225 dollars and a weeks wait at the auto parts store and it rained and snowed for the next 3 days thank you Dave
