I was very happy with my experience at H&H and the team in the Boothill/Denver site. They actively assisted throughout my part purchase and pickup process. Unexpected for a salvage company. They are good people to work with and will return if future parts are needed

I cannot recommend this place enough. I dropped my car off and in less than 24 hours they contacted me that it was ready to be picked up. Granted, don't dock them if they aren't that quick with you because I was lucky that they had in what I needed but the drop off and pick up process was painless. Plus, the system they use to let you know what is wrong with your vehicle and how much the repairs will be is quite impressive.Service: Transmission repair

I drive an older Infiniti-a VERY difficult car to find many parts for-and these guys had what I needed at a very reasonable rate. Friendly too, I definitely will be returning.

Jared's customer service was spectacular. He came to pull me out in a remote area where it was difficult to find, but he worked with me to find the area and pulled me out back onto the road with ease. He even helped me reconnecting my RV. Very generous and professional service.

Awful service! My wife and I were the only customers in the store and no one tried to help us. We walked in, all the way through the store and all 5-7 employees just stood behind the counter chatting (non-work related talk) or on the computer. Finally, I interrupted the chatting to ask where the heated seat covers were (someone told me on the phone that they had them). I was laughed at over my request. When I told the employee, "someone here just told me over the phone that you carry them," I was shown the covers they do have. This was followed by the employee asking the others if they had ever heard of heated seat covers, and everyone laughing like my request was crazy. I left the store to find what I was looking for in minutes on-line. I will never use Napa again. This isn't the first time I've received rotten service at Napa, but it is certainly the last!

I love the staff at Anderson's! They're good hardworking and down to earth people who consistently make an effort to do their various jobs with excellence and they still make the effort to treat their customers with respect and kindness. The overall attitude is one of positivity and they're quick to smile and laugh with their customers who are comfortable enough to do so. However, it is my understanding that they have been bought out and for me that transition is off to a rough start as its cost me. You see they've closed hours early twice now when I've driven there from nearly 30 miles away with over a ton of steel in tow. To have to turn around and go back with that load is exhausting especially knowing that it's for nothing. I work incredibly hard gathering separating, and loading the scrap metal. To have to waste the gas and put the wear and tear on my truck and trailer not to mention my time of which I never have enough....I would hope for some kind of overture rather than the curt. "We'll be open Monday." There was a tiny sign on the door and the second incident the added it in the website last minute but I didn't see it I guess I'll wait and see what they do with pricing but if I catch another closed door during regular business hours due to a "company meeting" or "inventory" or the like then I'll likely be taking my hundreds of thousands of pounds of steel plus the nonferrous business to Denver where at least I can find another yard that is open during business hours. For now I'm feeling pretty burned and have a hard time recommending a company that could be great but for some completely undermining management choices

I have known of Royal Gorge auto care for almost 9 years since we moved to Penrose. I had a mechanic in Pueblo West that I have used for many, many years and have really appreciated him, but he is overwhelmed with work right now. I did try these guys out and I have to tell you they are absolutely top-notch when it comes to professionalism. They had my truck for about a day and a half and were able to diagnose the issue but because it is 33 years old they were not able to program the new computer that I need to purchase and get installed. They spent hours figuring out what the problem was. When I went to pick it up, they did not charge me at all! I can tell you they will have my business from now on. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went there to get a part for my 1994 Subaru thankfully they had what I needed. The part was inexpensive and they called me when it was ready to pick up. Simple and easy.

This team was awesome. Friendly and responsive. Always responded quickly to inquiries. Showed up on time and disposed of our metal and appliances. Amazed at their skill, strength and ability to get everything loaded quickly and efficiently. They worked well together. Would use them again. You should too!!!!!

Trade center is amazing. Friendly staff, great parts and if they sell you a dud they will replace or refund it as long as it is within 30 days. If it is a part that isn't refundable they make sure you are highly aware of that fact beforehand. Highly recommend 10/10

American Iron will take your metal and mix it in with theirs before telling you the ID on file is expired. Then they hold your money hostage until you renew ID. You can't go somewhere else or leave with your property because they already mixed in your metal, but won't pay you! If you can't accept an ID then you shouldn't take anyone's property until the transaction is complete. They took my property and tried not paying me for it and unwilling to give it back. I recommend taking business up the street where they pay better, better customers service, and you don't feel like your bothering the ladies up front playing on their phone!

Couldn't reach them by phone and I was shopping around for a part for my 2001 4runner. Another salvage yard said they had one. Thank you Fair Auto &Truck Parts!! When I arrived they in fact had several and wanted to charge what it would cost new. They lowered the price by $5 but still well above what it should have been used. I needed the part today so I really had no choice. Great salvage yard for your Toyo parts but be prepared to pay too much. Definitely shop around.
