Ordered a starter listed on car-part.com for $25.00 and it was set out for pickup. Went to pick it up and it was $53 and some change. I asked what happened and was told I needed the core which was $10.00. Well that would be $35.00 as we are a parts reseller (sales tax exempt on resale parts). So the part on car-part.com was truly listed and confirmed by phone at $25.00. They said it was $40.00 plus $10.00 core plus tax and would be $53 something. It was just awkward and I know the amount isn't that much but they wouldn't budge so I left it sitting on the counter anyway. Ordered a brand new starter from Kia for a bit more and gave it to our customer at the used price because that is was they agreed to in the quote. Just thought it wasn't very good for them as they just really didn't care much to even question the discrepancy.

I called around and wasn’t having luck at other yards and always had luck at this yard, so I showed up and they helped me right away.Worked with MANUEL at the counter and he was awesome and patient and answered all questions I had.DANA helped me with parts, gave me different options and had great customer.I live 30+ miles away and this will be my preferred yard, even though there are many i between.

We ran into a little trouble locating my part,but when we did the guys were very helpful and gave me a excellent deal on my front assembly for the delay. They try to sell quality parts and in fact didn't want to sell me the bumper I bought because it has damage. Manny and the guys at Westminster Stadium Auto believe in good customer care.I wasted about $10 hitting all the junkyards that charge you to look at their picked through cars in hopes my parts were still there. Stadium was able to confirm my part and condition free of charge. They pulled it for me and one of the warehouse guys even assisted me with loading . I would definitely recommend this place. Business was closed on Sunday but their shade trees are top notch. Needed a spot to pull off and make a few phone calls on a hot day and they had awesome shade. Five stars!

I had an AC compressor that I bought less than a year ago from them. And I bought the warranty with it, couldn't find my recipet but they still took care of me & gave me a replacement. I'm not saying they will do this for everyone! But it shows they have integrity & care about the customer! I will recommend them to anyone! Thanks fella's!

I called ahead and made sure they had a part I needed. Drove over 15 min later, they crushed the car hours ago. Lied over the phone to me. Not very helpful.

The owner, Norman Wright, is a pleasure to work with and was able to save me over $500 on replacing a wheel on my daughter's car. She had lost a battle between a curb and a snowy road. The service and selection was great and the location was easy to go pick up and get my daughter's car back on the road. I would definitely go to Stadium Auto Parts again if the need arises. I've been looking for parts to my F150 for a over a month now, a friend gave me Stadiums #. I made one call and got all the parts I needed in 20 minutes, the salesmen was completely professional and even though in a free bumper for me. I'm completely satisfied! Great experience with the team there. We were looking for Tacoma seats and found just what we wanted. There is always a bit of luck in finding the part you want at any place.
