For the most part the service is friendly ,but some of the younger workers act like they don't want to be bothered to help you it can be an uncomfortable feeling.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I sent in a power of attorney, it was rejected without any reason given. When calling the office I was always given a different answer as to next steps. No one coordinates or talks to each other. It has been a month and a half and I still haven't been able to receive payment for my car. I wish USAA would end their partnership with them as it has really soiled my opinion of their services. If you have any choice at all, don't use them. If you have to work through them because of your insurance, I'm so sorry.

I slid down a slippery driveway in Kula and almost flipped the box truck, D&D towing was there super fast and did an amazing job of pulling my truck our of the ditch. They literally saved me.

Less than friendly service I made and offer on metal that was slightly less than what they wanted to less. They counter offered twice the poundage I needed and than proceed to complain to 2 different employees about how little metal I wanted in front of me. After that said I would by the larger amount for the price they said the metal was going for in there counter offer. They then dismiss me saying I was just wasting there time. I will never go here again.

Catholic Charities uses VIP towing company to pick up cars people desire to donate. I love Catholic Charities, but this towing service is horrible! I was scheduled yesterday to have them pick up my car at 8:00 am; 10 minutes pass by, so I call the dispatcher to find out what is going on with the pick up and she said she will call the tower. 45 minutes pass by and no one calls or shows up . I call the dispatcher again. Then she says they will come in the afternoon. I respond by asking her if she can give me a specific time. She says she cannot , so I ask her if they will call me when the truck is near my house and she says "yes". It is now 2:40 pm and no one has contacted me. So, I call the dispatcher again to make sure they are still on my radar. When she answers again, she reassures me that the two truck will call and come. It is now 6:30 pm and I call again and now I am speaking to another dispatcher and I explain to her about my car still not being picked up and is there anyway I can still have a tow truck come by. She say, "no", but sympathetic to me and schedules a 7:00am appointment for tomorrow. She tells me that today there was only one two truck working and tomorrow there will be more.The next day, 7:09 am comes around and it happens again; no tow truck! I call at 7:20 am and I get the same dispatcher from yesterday and I find out she is the manager. I tell her to cancel my appointment and I call Catholic Charities . I ask Catholic Charities if they can send another tow company to work with ,they told me they will try. Then I explain to them that I know it is not their fault about the car pick up, but if they can't find another tow truck company to work with I need to retract my car donation and give it to another company because I can't work with they VIP towing anymore!

walked into the tow yard and it's chaos. tow trucks maneuvering fork lifts moving cars and cars being crushed 20 feet away. but in the middle of that mayhem and destruction are friendly smiles and helpful people. go with a good attitude and D, Val, and Chad will return it.

The experience that I got was very disappointing for me The business doesn't exist They should update it It made us go crazy looking for the business.

I contacted this side for a while for a pick up and nothing has been done or any updates. No less they don't reply back once you call or email them.

Nice place , lots of parts! Cheaper than eBay with shipping. Parts are removed for you unlike some other used car parts dealers where they charging eBay prices but you still have to pull the parts yourself in the hot sun. This place is very convenient just call and the part is ready. The location not so convenient but if you need a part it's there. Very helpful staff. They have tons and I mean TONS of engines. Lots of glass too , quarter windows and all. I had a good experience shopping there on 5/22/2022. Cons: far away from town/windward side. Not the cheapest. One of the best things about this place is that they store parts on site and have an extensive inventory of used parts unlike the cheaper guys who only have what they have on hand.

Did an excellent job repairing a parking dent in front passenger side quarter panel. Matched the paint perfectly. Ron was great to work with and gave me a great deal! They even cleaned the car inside and out.

I watched this company install a septic tank for a $5 million dollar house wrong, they placed it on sand so when the sand starts to settle the owners will have to call this company back forever and it gives them guaranteed income.They may be the cheapest but you get what you pay for! I would not hire them.
