A huge thank you to Brian and Nate! I was on my way back to KY in a rental car when I got a flat tire on the side of the expressway. There was no spare in the car. Brian towed me to Walmart to try and get the tire plugged, when they told me it would be a few hours he called Nate back at their shop and we headed there. They plugged my tire and got me back on the road. Super nice and helpful guys! It was greatly appreciated and I highly recommend!

135 Auto went out of their way to confirm if the part I was looking for would fit my car. They text me pics of the part they had and called me back to follow up. Turns out it did not, but they saved me from a 90 minute round trip. Sure wish more folks had the same tenacity...thanks for setting the bar 135!!!

The overall experience calling this company for trading in vehicles was good for my first time. Despite waiting for the tow truck for about an hour due to rush hour traffic, the truck driver Will alerted me of his arrival time and came to the parking lot in a prompt manner to pickup my vehicle. The process of trading in the vehicle/ title and receiving cash was no problem.

My first time in a salvage yard. The gentleman was pleasant, very informed regarding all his inventory ! Had parts for my 96 convertible. Really impressive.

They got parts and more parts but we couldn't get a car for what I had maybe next time.

I called to have my 2006 Nissan Maxima picked up. It was a very nice clean car fully loaded & still driveable. The issue i was having was the car jerking alot when accelerating because transmission fluid was leaking from the axle seals. I put over $5000 of work into this car. I put it in the shop several times but nobody was able to fix it & kept telling me to replace the transmission. At that point i decided to get rid of it & put the money I get for selling the car towards another vehicle. This place has more good reviews than bad ones, so i decided to give it a try. I called this place every day for 5 days. The last day someone finally answered the phone. The guy i spoke with over the phone was very nice & polite. I told him the run down on the car & he offered me $420. Which was the best price any one else had offered me. We set up a pickup appointment for that same day at 11:00am. Mind you I had an dentist appointment that same day at 2:00pm. Nobody came at the appointment time but i know that time fluctuates so its more than likely unlikely for someone show up on time. So i gave them more time. 12:30pm nobody has came yet so i called & someone picked up the phone & hung up twice. So i called again & another guy picked up & said, "YOU NEED TO STOP CALLING BACK TO BACK LIKE THAT, HOLD ON," & he put the phone down & then the phone hangs up AGAIN. He said it in such a rude & disrespectful way i didn't even know what to say. The first guy i spoke with called back. At that time it was 1:02pm. I told him that i had been waiting since 11:00am. I have a dentist appointment at 2:00pm.... so on & so on. I also told him how rude the other guy spoke to me. He apologize & promised that the driver was in route & would be at my home in the next 20 mins. At this point i had to call my dentist office to reschedule my appointment & some doctors/dentists offices charge $75 if you dont show up to your appointment & $75 if you reschedule your appointment. I have been going to this dentist since i was a kid & never have i ever not showed or rescheduled any of my appointments. I waited at home all day that day only for nobody to ever show up, answer the phone, return my phone calls or NOTHING! I basically paid a $75 fee for my car not to be picked up. That was bullshit & i was highly upset about it. I even waited to see if they would at least try to make things right but even up to today nobody has ever called me back to apologize, give an explanation or anything. So now i have decided that i will be filing a Class Action Claim & a complaint with the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division first thing on Monday morning. They mediate and investigate all consumer complaints against businesses and take legal action on behalf of the state against companies that violate Indiana’s Deceptive Consumer Sales Act. Including false or misleading communication to consumers. I am sorry that i had to post this review but i do not recommend anyone to do business with Ace Midtown. They have terrible time management skills. They are very unprofessional, very careless & they business practices are very unethical.

My Go-To for repairs and specific things I need help with on my vehicles. They do a great job, and charge half the price of any other shops around. The prices are great. Only repair shop I go too.

They let us use their parking lot for car meets which is awesome.

Lots of great bargains. Wish there more Amish handmade items! But, lots of great stuff from kitchen to garden and housewares. Also good food! 👍🏻 Only ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because not enough Amish products. Seriously we are in Amish country!

They are great!!!! And very affordable!! My two children and I got stranded on the way to school, the owner went out of her way and picked us up in her own vehicle and took us home. When they brought the vehicle to my house the driver had told me he fixed the loose wire for me!! Saved me from taking it to a shop for a minor thing!! Very friendly great people!Service: Car towing

Extremely honest and kind owner. I went there to ask for a rim as the other place suggested me to change it for 300+. He looked into it and recommended I might not need to change. Gave me recommendation to a mechanic and a bunch of advices in how to maintain my car. Ended up saving lots of money. Thank you! Definitely recommend this place!

These guys a liars, scanners and thieves. Rudy have anger problems and is the worst sales guy u can meet. Told me one price over the phone then started increasing it when i got there. Javier does nothing to make things better. They Called me and said they have the parts ready. When I got there, they are now about to remove door handles from the old car. One handle took an hour to remove and I need all of them. Could wait any longer so they said they will get it close by my location. Next day, broken parts were in the bag and these thieves admit to it but never processed my refund. Please save yourself the headache by shopping elsewhere!!

So simple and easy! I had an old car in my driveway I needed to get rid of. I called Robert. He Gave me a very fair price and showed up exactly when he said he would. I would definitely recommend him. Kind and quick!
