First they only except cash! Second ,they tried to get me to agree that my vehicle was totaled when it wasn't ,it only had two flat tires a pierced brake line and a small dent on the right side door. I had my vehicle running in a week. Third they won't tow anything to your house if it was towed by the police or the state (something about double dipping). Three star's seems high considering all the negatives but they did have excellent customer service and the gentleman at the front desk was able to refer other tow truck companies to help me with my dilemma and according to him he wasn't trying to charge me an arm and a leg for my car even though I paid $190 to retrieve it after just 1 day.
