I own a body shop and car lot and have dealt with Hawkins for years. Always have had great service and a great selection of parts. It's rare I call or stop in and they not have what I need.

Great place to work, true open door policy with the owner 👍 you're a name not a number. Shop has top quality engine mechanics, very knowledgeable on diesel engines, we don't try to be the biggest, we strive to be the BEST! Found my home ,be part of a team.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff at the Nicholasville location. Better prices than most competitors, quick in and out. Mopar, Keith and Becky really have it together and work harder than anyone else to get you on your way with what you need. Have tried the one in Lexington, they were ok but can't match the service at the Nicholasville location.

Ricky is amazing!Our car randomly broke down in Munfordville, and we had to get it towed to a local shop for repair. We called R&B Towing, and Ricky quickly arrived to our rescue. He checked out our engine and was able to give us an idea of what might be wrong, as well as provide an off-the-head estimate of how much the repair might cost- and he was right on both accounts!Knowledge aside, Ricky's friendliness and hospitality made us feel lucky that we broke down where we did. Highly, highly recommend!

Very unprofessional staff here. I’ve noticed as well that whoever it is that replies to the comments seems to have the same childish attitude as the man in the office and who answers the phone so it’s probably the same guy. It’s a shame to let a place grow a bad reputation over some childish and unprofessional staff.

Avoid this place at all cost. They require a credit card before they will look for parts. Then they will call you and tell you they don't have the part. Then order one without your consent. Then charge you a restocking fee when you don't need the part. They don't tell you they are charging you. So if you deal with these people. Keep a eye on your credit card. Shady shady people

I’ll be honest since it’s not ran by the original they’re very stingy and love not picking up calls well for me I’ll say. Prices are just not it anymore boss. Would rather be scammed online than come here anymore.

5 star! Hands down some of the best people I’ve had the opportunity to meet honest friendly they thrive to keep the prices as high as they can. The lady working in the office I think the owners wife is always trying to give back to community and help others outside of the scrap yard with clothes shoes food and never asks for anything in return. That place has really cleaned up and made a huge turn around- I highly recommend in supporting local and supporting those that in return support local.
