I am only giving 1 star because it won't let me do 0. DO NOT TAKE COPPER TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY WILL GET YOU LESS WEIGHT THAN YOU HAVE SO IN MY OPION SOMEONE IS POCKETING THE REMAINING WEIGHT. For one thing they dont let you let you see the weight . GO to Frankfort taylor recycling they are friendly dont rush you won't just grab stuff so they can push it to the side YOU SEE TGE WEIGHT RIGHT THERE. GREAT PLACE Midwest why hide the scales weight ????? This has happened 3 times i noticed the first time and tge next 2 we weighted the copper at the house so scales are off by 5 pounds to 7 pounds that a b good penny at $3 a pound imagine what thru out a day that would be up in the hundreds

We moved to a new house and I spent several months collecting and sorting metal and copper as I was doing repairs. The amount of money I got for it was definitely not worth the time or effort I spent. I suggest doing something else with your metal besides bringing it here.

Staff are all ready to help you and get you paid n gone.. the yard is easy to navigate and the place is easy to get to/ find. Basically you pull up by the gate to the yard and unload your metals other than steel to be weighed inside the warehouse then pull straight through the yard to get weighed on the scales, when you get the green light you pull to the left to the particular pile with the same kind of scrap you got. Then weigh after unloading the steel and go inside to the window and the nice lady will ring you up if you have your id.. wish those instructions were posted before i went there first..
