These guys are amazing! I might not always find what I need but its not from a lack of information. We managed to get everything we needed for all three of my vehicles today. Very reasonable priced might I add. Dont know what I'd do without yall!

Do not waste your money here. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I took a mazda 3 in two years ago because it was knocking and he's had it till 7/23/21. He charged me almost 1,000 to do the work on it. Made it worse than what it was and said he'd fix it for free since he messed it up worse than what it is when I brought it in and now charging me for the new computer in it. They sent it to another place because all the wires were messed up because they were rough on them. He said his mechanic messed it up and the mechanic admit to messing up on one of the engines that went in it. They tried 4 different engines and finally found one and said that the computer wasn't working for it but it was because the whole time it was one of the sensors that they messed up. He bought another computer because they thought it was the computer not working but the whole time it was the sensor wires they messed up. He put the wires on backwards for the sensor. Not only did they mess up the wires in it they put the wrong oil pan on it, it doesn't have a dip stick, the lid off my power steering pump is gone, the whole cover off of my driver side mirror is missing, first and 3rd gear don't work, exhaust leak, one cv axel is zip tied, missing bolts. None of this was wrong with the Mazda when I took it to him. The only thing wrong was it was knocking.

Don’t waste your money here. I have never been so repulsed by a salvage yard in my life. I have a customer that needed a transmission for his vehicle, sourced the transmission through them and then brought me the vehicle to install the transmission. The transmission they supplied him won’t move in any direction and has no line pressure at all. They don’t test parts before removing them from any vehicles obviously and now my customer and I are fighting with them about getting the labor covered since they sold him a junk transmission and was also told that they refuse to refund him his money on the transmission so we can source a transmission from another company. They said the only thing they will do is swap it out for another used unit that they have in stock but who’s to say this one isn’t going to be just as junk as the last one??? So now my customer is stuck paying labor twice, maybe even a third time if this “exchange” transmission is also junk?? Make it make sense! Just go spend your money at Manus road auto salvage! Great guys over there and EVERY component is test before removal and sale.

They helped me find the right transfer case for my truck and it only took them around 15 minutes to find it and load it for me! The staff are really nice and super helpful 10/10 recommended!

Purchased a window glass after viewing multiple pictures of the item. Received a call that shipping cost was more than doubled because it was glass, and I gave the ok for that after hearing I’d get a call later that day confirming the total once it was packaged. No call back. Next day, I get a call the window is broken. Would not recommend doing business here.

My Brother & I drove over 65 miles to the Nashville location, Purchased a used battery, They tested it, said it was good just needed to be charged, When we got back to our home town, we stopped by a local advanced Auto store had it charged, we went back to advance Auto 2 hours later just for them to tell us it was a bad battery it was not holding charge, so the next morning we drove back to Nashville they exchanged that battery for another one, they checked it once again and said it was a good battery, but this time before we left Nashville we went to an O'Reilly's Auto Parts store on Bell Road, they checked it and charged it as well once again it was a bad battery, we went back to the pull apart showed them the ticket that was given to us from O'Reilly's stating that it was a bad battery, the Nashville Pull-A-Part would not refund the money that we purchased for a used battery, and for the hassle that they put us through very disappointed with the Nashville pull apart. They just came off as you they didn't care if they lost a loyal customer or not they just wanted to make money and I get it I do understand the business but when a customer is so inconvenient for something that they did wrong at least take and show a little accountability so with that being said I only give them one star..

Fair prices on generally everything. The yard is kept clean and safe. They are all good people and workers. The only prices that didn't seam right were for catalytic converters. We got a much better offer elsewhere. Otherwise a great place.

Dont let me forget how nice ...Bought a transmission for my 2012 dodge challenger, this being my 3rd time buying one from them. 1st one worked about six months, second didn't work at all thought it was my fault. So I tried to put the two together to make one work but to no avail. This third time I paid the most I ever paid. So I was excited that it would surely work. 😔 It didn't work and since I was not a certified mechanic that voids the warranty of an incomplete piece of junk. I feel so defeated not by the car but by the way the owner stands behind that little piece of paper & argues because he has covered his behind with it. I feel defeated because I could've bought a brand spank new transmission for 2k! Guess I should've tried mr dodge or mr challenger or something else worthwhile.

Been dealing with Jeff since I moved back from TX he was great in the beginning until recently I purchased a fan from him too fix my ac I paid hI'm he acted like i stole something i work for a living i treat my customers well i answer my phone i due what i say no matter how busy i am thats why i been in business for 30 yrsI also told him I needed a transmission for a dodge ram truck I was buying told me he had it I called him today my phones went straight to voicemail had my nephew call his number.he answers very strange too me but anyways guess it's my truck who cares if I get what I need too fix it I run a business too an customer satisfaction goes along ways lost my business for sure hands down so unprofessional

If you’re gonna run a business the least you can do is have someone there to answer the phone. Can’t imagine how much potential business has been lost because they don’t answer the phone.

It's what you expect out of a junk yard, when it comes to customer service, 😉. But other than that they have a wide variety of cars to pull parts off of and they have always been more than fair on the prices. If you are in need of a part and don't mind getting dirty yourself. Lamberts is a top notch choice. Thanks Lamberts, my dakota looks better with the rest of its bumper.
