Bmw i8 be careful buying from these people, they sent me spray painted door with painted carbon fiber and painted trims and broken lock (trash), wrong fender , with no comfort access , and cracked side molding , they want 25% restocking fees+ 500$ shipping to makes it right .Tried to offer me 500$ to keep the parts , I refused,I didnt want money back , I only wanted good parts , they didn't want to help , sold me trash for 3200$ . These people are bad business people...I've never seen an operation ran like this in all my life...they don't pull the parts till you get there then your in line waiting for hours to have one headlight pulled that they are incapable of pulling.when asked how much longer.was told they didn't have mental talethapy.

Purchased this rocker mounding from themOn eBay. I want to pick it up. Upon unwrapping it - it was Obvious that the employees simplyRipped it off the donor vehicle. Shearing off the plastic mounting pins …making the part useless. When I asked for a refund, I was told that the “mounts aren’t included…” ummm what? You sheared them off!! They are mounded at the factory like that… clueless. Dishonest. Shady. Be careful. The business is visibly aMess. I almost didn’t stop. But since I already paid, I wanted my part. I’ve filed a complaint with eBay, my credit card and will follow up with Rutherford County TN..
