Got all the parts I needed for my 2007 BMW328i all in amazing condition and a fraction on the cost new!

The people there were very friendly and very attentive. Hole in the wall Little place but I found what I was looking for. Definitely will be going back for some more parts if needed.

Walked in asking for a part and the guy with the long beard was asking a lot of questions like if I was asking for wiper blades on autozone. I believe its very clear to understand that I just needed a part and most of all I wanted to see the condition of it. He was being unprofessional and unhelpful, please save yourself a trip and go to Montana this guys are too much in love with their parts and high prices but hey its theirs !

AMAZING service!!! En route from NM to IL, I lost a tie rod end in my dually on I-40 late in the evening. After my insurance company provided no assistance at all, I called Douthit to tow me to Pampa. The driver was extremely courteous and accommodating. He even went out of his way to drop me off and pick me up from the hotel in the morning at no extra charge. Tow rates were the least expensive of anybody I called. 100% recommend this company.

Excellent service I would use again!! They did a great job!! They were on time and quickly loaded what they were taking away. I even had to ask them back to get another load as house clean out continued and they came back and loaded a second time. I definitely recommend!! 👍🏻

This company hooked up to my truck while I was in the sleeper and lift my truck up, and then he came nocking on my door that’s it illegal to do by law they can’t lift or hock to a vehicle while is occupied This guy is saying that is not illegal to hook up well he hook up and lift the truck while I was in the truck if is not illegal why the driver didn’t took off and on § 112.17 TOW SERVICE AND OPERATING PROCEDURES letter (O) clearly says that all non-essential people are at a safe distance from the wrecker and motor vehicle. And, An operator is responsible for maintaining safe conditions around the wrecker during any preparation for towing and winching of the motor vehicle.

Very organized and friendly establishment. I was greeted immediately and checked in on regularly as I waited for my part to be pulled. The waiting area is nice, pretty clean and cool. The part was as promised and more. I got Lexus engine cradle. Probably thebest salvage yard I've been to.

Interstate Towing was the greatest. They were very attentive to our needs, They responded quickly to tow our commercial truck. They went above and beyond by telling us that we had more issues than we thought when they crawled underneath the rig to drop the drive-line. Being truly professional is all anyone wants while they’re broke down and waiting on the interstate. They have gained all of our business by being an ethical and have morals.
