This company hooked up to my truck while I was in the sleeper and lift my truck up, and then he came nocking on my door that’s it illegal to do by law they can’t lift or hock to a vehicle while is occupied This guy is saying that is not illegal to hook up well he hook up and lift the truck while I was in the truck if is not illegal why the driver didn’t took off and on § 112.17 TOW SERVICE AND OPERATING PROCEDURES letter (O) clearly says that all non-essential people are at a safe distance from the wrecker and motor vehicle. And, An operator is responsible for maintaining safe conditions around the wrecker during any preparation for towing and winching of the motor vehicle.

Predatory services at Loves and Kermit, Texas I had an oversized load 16’ wide, WE DON’T BACK UP! And doesn’t fit through the fuel island, and just needed to run in to use the restroom#1 not #2, which would have given my truck time to cool down Guess what I didn’t get to do? LOVE’S has lost a customer as well!! As anyone can tell the Owner doesn’t know how to read or spell and they don’t know how to look at the pic of what I was hauling!

Tow guy doesn’t even give you a heads up that he’s towing your truck when your INthe truck. Guy is hella rude and disrespectful. We are all here to make money but just to be able to raise a truck up to get a buck? Really?! Shame on Loves truck stop at Kermit, tx. Can’t even wait in truck stop without the fear of getting ur truck towed!

As a single mom on a right budget I tried everything I could do to her my car started and get it in a some what working order. When all of my attempts failed I called Mr. Davis and asked him if he could tow the car 20 miles to my house. He told be sure not an issue how soon sis it have to be moved and what the current situation was. Once I told him what was going on with my car he asked if I had someone that would be looking at the car once I got it home. Unfortunately it is a hybrid car and not a lot of people will work on them here or charge an arm and a leg to do so. Mr. Davis offered to just tow it to his shop and have his mechanic take a look at it. He has went above and beyond keeping me informed every step of the way. He will never know how much this means to me. I had had a break down before finally calling him and after I was done I cried some more. This was above and beyond what I could have ever asked for. Thank you soooo much❤️
