your right ,they are friendly ,polite !except their bank sucks !the bank charges us 7 bucks to cash their checks! so they still owe that 7 to you !now they can call the bank{us bank} and tell them not to charge us.the bank pockets the money and the guy who writes the checks dont even know we are being charged!So please do me a favor ...FIX IT!.I work hard for my money and I want all thats owed!! Pull n Save is awesome for auto parts.... If you want to go out in the yard and get your parts yourself, then Pull n Save is the place to go ... I recently started working on my own car and I love it .... They are super nice and helpful too ... I brought my little tool box and went out into the yard ...found the parts I needed, paid and was ready to fix my car....it was a GREAT feeling.

I called and was greeted by Sabrina who had an unprofessional tone and behavior immediately and then continuously over the WEEK long process of NCM trying to find a tow truck driver to retrieve my junk vehicle. I was put in touch with an off-site driver after going over what I needed, named Howie, who wouldn't answer phone calls or call back and then sent a long text with unbusinesslike words about how he did not want to do it. Once I was finally put in touch with the only decent person out of 5 I talked to, Dave came swiftly and sweetly to help me move my car. Received a low amount of cash for the vehicle once weighed. Will not be using these services again.

Nice place, I got rear drivers side door lock and spare tire for my Audi, and all fitted well, saved hundreds of bucks I could have paid for it fixed

These guys are scammers! I brought in 40 pounds of bare bright copper yesterday and was given $57 and change. Right now copper is almost $4 per pound. Now I know not to expect anywhere near that but what he gave me wasnt even close to the $1.80 per pound he quoted me earlier that day. I won't be going back there again.
