This BIaTch hung up in my face because she do not want to get her lazy behind and go look for the parts that I was asking about. The attitude that she used to answer any question would tell you that she's not even trying to check. Horrible people to have in people's business

With a nearly-dead battery on the way to Florida, we stopped at this Calera NAPA. John installed a new battery for us, and we were in and out in about ten minutes. I was very pleased with the friendly, fast service.

They were very friendly and extremely busy. I think their words was a 3-4 week wait time to be seen. My truck(rather the truck I bought had been there for 2 years) business must really be good.

I have known Toby Burnham and his family all of my life! They are good people! I ask Toby to find a new donut tire for me and he beat everyone else by a $100! That shows you he’s not trying too rip you off! He wants your business and you can trust him!! Thanks again Toby!

Bought a car from here, the very next week I started having issues with it running hot. Took it to a dealership they recommended not driving it at all due to 2 blown head gaskets & motor problems. The “warranty” that came with the car covered nothing so our options were to pay $9,000 up front to have the car fixed or be without a car but still pay for it every month. We tried calling John Dunn office and they hung up on us. So now we are without a vehicle! Great.

Called about a used part , but didn't have it and I asked the price of the new one , he was 70 dollars cheaper than all the high-end auto part stores , will definitely be seeing them for all my part needs . Thank you

Place absolutely sucks. I called here looking for a part twice for my fiancé’s vehicle, however, the jerk that answers, not only told me he can’t get the part, but then hung up in my face before I could ask any additional questions. As long as I’ve been in law enforcement and have spoke to countless people, I’ve never treated anyone with such neglect and callous. Can’t speak for the owner, unless it was him, but they are horribly rude, inconsiderate, and extremely lacking in customer service. I would give 0 stars but I unfortunately can’t.

I have been buying my auto parts from Westwood for as long as I can remember. The staff knows exactly what part to get you and there's no second guessing. You get a quality part for the same price or cheaper than the other wanta-be auto parts store. Quality, knowledgeable staff and great prices, why would you want to go anywhere else.

I have hauled a many of loads to this yard and have always been pleased until today. I was inside the gates at 20 minutes till 4 and was waiting in line with 2 people ahead of me. At 5 minutes till 4 a man came out and informed me that the man in front of me was the last one they were taking. This is terrible business practice. I am so angry about this because I have always been very loyal to them, driving 30 minutes instead of going to angler recycling that is 5 minutes from me. And with gas prices at an all time high.. This is the last time I will ever step foot on their property! Angler you just got a new customer!
