I met the owner Tim after buying a transmission for my truck and after it turned out that there was a problem with the transmission after it was replaced with the old one in the workshop that replaced the transmission, Tim Jordan’s sent a tow truck and the truck was transferred to their workshop and they replaced a completely new transmission and checked the truck and everything related to the transmission and I did not pay any money and they apologized for what happened and in the end my truck is now working very well and I am very grateful to them and the owner for their kindness and cooperation with me in a very sophisticated, civilized and respectful manner. I had a long conversation with the owner and he said that he has been working in this field for more than 37 years and the most important thing in his work is trust, safety, and a good reputation.
