This place is amazing and the workers there are very friendly and I recommend visiting this place if you need spare parts because they have everything related to trucks. I met the owner Tim after buying a transmission for my truck and after it turned out that there was a problem with the transmission after it was replaced with the old one in the workshop that replaced the transmission, Tim Jordan’s sent a tow truck and the truck was transferred to their workshop and they replaced a completely new transmission and checked the truck and everything related to the transmission and I did not pay any money and they apologized for what happened and in the end my truck is now working very well and I am very grateful to them and the owner for their kindness and cooperation with me in a very sophisticated, civilized and respectful manner. I had a long conversation with the owner and he said that he has been working in this field for more than 37 years and the most important thing in his work is trust, safety, and a good reputation. Not a good experience. The phone prices online are different from the prices in the store – it feels like they’re just guessing. Some customers get help quickly, but others (like me) are left waiting. I had a problem and waited a long time, and they couldn't even confirm if the part I needed was there. Also, I saw how they talk to people – even in replies, they act like they don’t care. One reply even said something like, “It’s my store, I do what I want.” That’s not how you treat customers.

Total waste of time unprofessional service they confirmed they had the parts over the phone and when I showed up I get held for hours so they look for it at the end it’s sorry we don’t have what you looking for that simple for them to waste your day
