I think they are trying their hardest. Covid seems to be causing issues getting items with all businesses. So not having parts available has become the standard unfortunately. I was disappointed that no staff member had the training or experience to recommend a set of replacement spark plugs for a engine running rich. That seems like a question they should know the answer to.
