    I have received the worst service from all the workers at this place. I do not recommend it. Mistreatment, scam, theft, insult. Everyone involved in this service.

    Left very happy with a new windshield and no more water leaks👍🏼👍🏼 really good customer service, all the employees are super nice and friendly, the manager went the extra mile to help me, In and out quick, clean establishment.

    Never go to this place. They tell you a price by phone and when you go the tell you a different price. The service sucks and the owner is extremely rude and disrespectful.

    Woman that answers phone is very rude and disrespectful. We paid for a part, were told to come back the following day to pick up. When we called to ensure part was ready to pick up, I was told no. Now its day three and we show up and part cannot be removed. Again, woman in office was extremely rude in front of other customers! Got my refund though, never coming back here again.

    Lady on the phone only understands Spanish …I’ll give it to her she tries but is very rude and honestly I don’t believe she knows or cares what yourr asking for ..it is easier for her to say no then actually do any work

    Called this place three times and can never get any clear answers. I offered the stock number they show for it and they never seem to want it. The women I spoke with seemed as if I was more a bother than a paying customer. It' as if they only want to sell the large items and damn the other good parts people may need. With what I wanted I would have gladly paid a few hundred dollars for. Oh well.

    These ppl tried to sell me a part for 6 times the price and after i told them.it was to much for a used part that i could get for 20 on Amazon they told me to put a wire on my car to pull the door open what kinda customer service is that

    These folks all bout money and very rude. When I call about drive shaft they clearly told me the metal ones are 500 and the aluminum are 300. So when I pull up to ask for the aluminum they flip the prices. SMH Go else where

    Do not buy anything from this store. I just purchased an alternator for my truck, I specifically asked them if they are tested and the man at the counter said yes they are, he even said just bring it back it you have any problems. I made the purchase and installed the item roughly 3 hours later. When we started the truck the alternator was DOA. I called 103 used auto parts and spoke with them explaining that the item was not in working conditions they said to bring it in but they where closing in 15 min, I went to my local auto parts store and purchased a brand new alternator and had them test the one purchased at 103 used auto parts only to further confirm that it was not working at all. The following morning I stopped by to return the defective item, I asked for my refund and they said no store credit only, I proceeded to ask when was this explained prior to purchase and they just shook their shoulders. I have reached out to my financial institution and I have requested to file a complaint and start a charge back given the fact that this establishment failed to display any sort of return policy. In the state of Florida " Retailers that don't offer refunds must clearly display this fact at the place of sale. Failing this requirement, customers may return goods for a full refund within 20 days of purchase." I will go back and try to give them another chance at making this right as I feel everyone deserves a second chance but we shall see what they say.

    The worst place to look for autoparts. I called first to see if they had the bed for my pickup truck and they said they did so I went the next day and they told me they were going to get the bed of a roof where they had it stored. They asked me for my truck's keys and they took the bed out before they were sure it was the right bed and they made me pay 700 dollars in advance. About an hour later they told me that the bed was not the right bed for my truck and they asked me to leave it for them to look for a bed in another junk yard the following week. I told them no and asked them to give me my money back. Thanks God I had paid cash and they gave it back to me. This is the worst place you can go to find car parts.

    I do not recommend, the attention is very bad until there answer the phone, the owner warns you to buy parts that do not match your car and there's say you can change it, but when you try to do it, they do not return the money. MUY MALA ATENCION ,VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE

    Do Not Buy Anything Here!!!!!! Very Rude Staff, No Sense of Customer Service, They Have This Buy or Get Out Attitude, Worst Experience Buying Car Parts EVER!!! I buy used car parts on a daily basis in miami and surrounding area and dealt with almost every used parts dealer and i never felt this level unprofessional people in my life.

    They send us around the back; only to wait for someone to help us then finally someone came to tell us, no, no you need to go to the front. Then they thought they was doing us a favor on top wanted to charge me for the part more than a new one, when we showed them they said " then go get it from those people " unbelievable!

    First lady hung up on me, because I couldnt understand her english. The second lady said she put me on hold and I never heard her say that. I got an attitude with her because of the first lady. But I rather just call hassan automotive where I understand them clearly or check on ebay.

    CALLED 2 TIMES FOR A PART. FIRST TIME I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 5:34 AND I HUNG UP CALLED BACK AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 11:38. THE SALEMAN PICKED UP THE PHONE AND THEN SAID HOLD ON AGAIN.

    Terrible body shop repair, front bumper not flushed, when told repairman Marco got defensive and said my car looked a lot better than what I brought in, a lot of the things promised not done, I now have to send more time and money to repair it properly and he took 1 and a half weeks when he said 5 days, save yourself the nightmare

    Rude receptionist and had no knowledge of what I needed. Then after 15 miserable minutes go by and then they decide to tell me “oh no one if here to take out the part” I called from a week ago to have it out disappointed and it was just a big waste of time .

    They charge exesive for used thins, they charge a 100 for the spare tire of a F350 and i go to Hassan Automotive and for the same thin i pey only 40 doll . So i do NOT recomended at all this fu*&^@ place ...

    When you order parts they make you pay for it at front and then they take their sweet time to get it out of the vehicle to make a long story short it took them 2 weeks to get my parts.

    Raul and Family at Rastro 103 Auto Repair were so kind and helpful....what truly nice people! Our pickup truck was ready at day's end just as promised. The repair bill was exactly as estimated. They helped us with our luggage and my husband's wheelchair, offered us cold water or if we wanted to sit in the AC in their office. This place specializes in pickups and vans and we WILL be going back for a cosmetic repair because Rastro's 103 gave us such a decent price on the transfer case we can afford to! If you need a repair or part for your pickup truck or van...go to Rastro 103 Auto. Thank you Chavez Auto for the referral.

    The guys that work at the shop are thieves I went there to get my rear and repaired and I had brand new rear rotors slotted rotors on my vehicle I didn’t think anything of it I washed my vehicle today and realized I put used old rotors on my vehicle and stole my brand new rotors the owner says he doesn’t know anything about it they robbed me I would not recommend going there

    worse people i ever met they promise to help but you but is not true i am waiting to have a transmission replaced 15 days and when i left my car at 8am they told me i would be able to pick it up at 4;30 the same day 15 days later nothing i have made 7 calls and they said they are working on the vehicle i had enough, picking my car up tomorrow morning.used up my towing benefits now more $ spend do to a lousy owner.
