After searching for weeks looking for a part for my '87 Toyota, I finally found it at A-1. From initial phone contact I received nothing but personable, genuine, courteous, and professional interaction. Texted me pictures to confirm the part was correct within an hour or 2 of first contact, had payment processed and to UPS by the end of that day! Packaging was even outstanding. Flawless and desired transaction at every level.I made NUMEROUS phone calls over several weeks all over the country to other junk yards/recyclers; none of them gave me close to the level of service and help that A-1 did. Their name fits what they deliver and is much appreciated....

It’s pretty sad when you call a business and speak to a female in customer service and give them the stock number and clearly ask them is this for both the front and passenger side spindles and says yes and only one shows up and you call back they claim it was only for one side you tell them you want to return it because of bad information that was gave to you they want you to pay shipping even though you was given bad information. Pretty shady

Called about helping my brother sell his 2015 Nissan Sentra that he had hit a deer in. My brother is clueless about vehicle’s and how to sell one that’s damaged. I did a little research and found this place online so I called them. Spoke to Carlos about buying the damaged car which needed a hood, fender, bumper, radiator, condenser and some miscellaneous bumper accessories. He was very pleasant and offered a good amount for the car and came and picked it up in Durango the next day. Great professional workers here!!! It was a very pleasant experience for my brother even though he lost over $15,000 in 3 years on this car. Lesson learned on his behalf though. “Always carry full coverage insurance” on a car that’s paid off.

Sold me an engine that was told would work in my vehicle. Upon install it wouldn’t fit. Called and was told I needed to swap over parts from the old engine to make it work. If I had the old engine that would be fine but I don’t and they never told me when I bought it that I would have to do it.

I found A-1 through car-part.com. I needed a steering knuckle for my 96 Bronco. They had exactly what I needed and had it to me within two days. Great business. I’ll be using them in the future.

Make sure you inspect your items before you leave. If you buy something that they mess up during the pulling process you'll only get in store credit when you return to fix the problem. I'm really bitter right now because they wouldn't refund an item that they messed up. All of this AFTER I've been a loyal customer and spent thousands of dollars here over 15 years.
