    I had a flat a few miles before Lufkin on the way to an appt with social security. My husband had recently passed away and my son was out of town working and I had never had to deal with any of this. The lady I called was so kind and a truck came out quickly. The driver was such a nice guy, made me feel so at ease. I was delivered quickly to Sam’s and new tire put on and made my appointment! They really made a difference in my day. If I ever need services again I will definitely call them!

    A1/Williams Towing in Lufkin is THE BEST! They went way above and beyond helping us with car issues. We had to be towed TWICE in the same day. They even helped us load up our car! I wouldn’t recommend any other wrecker service! I can’t say enough good things about this company! Service: Car towing

    I had a bad wreck in the snow 2 days ago fortunately I was able to pick up my car today it was driveable so I was allowed to be able to get it home. And out of impound. The person in charge was very nice and professional thank you.

    The person on the phone on Monday was kind of rude, and they took forever to arrive. We were in a huge hurry to get home. (My senior dog was in the care of someone else while I took care of this and she died before I got home while I was waiting on this company.) :(It was our first time using them (hopefully we won’t need a wrecker again), but we will go with another company.Service: Car towing

    When the driver picked up my son car I asked several questions about the price and service and didn’t receive a answer so I called today and a lady answered the phone and this was the most rudest person dealing with a business I have ever talked with so to make a long story short I informed her that I asked the gentleman the day he picked up my son car how much it would be and he didn’t give me a answer or the rules of they business and she told me that he wasn’t out there to chitchat.Service: Car towing
