I had a flat a few miles before Lufkin on the way to an appt with social security. My husband had recently passed away and my son was out of town working and I had never had to deal with any of this. The lady I called was so kind and a truck came out quickly. The driver was such a nice guy, made me feel so at ease. I was delivered quickly to Sam’s and new tire put on and made my appointment! They really made a difference in my day. If I ever need services again I will definitely call them!

The person on the phone on Monday was kind of rude, and they took forever to arrive. We were in a huge hurry to get home. When the driver picked up my son car I asked several questions about the price and service and didn’t receive a answer so I called today and a lady answered the phone and this was the most rudest person dealing with a business I have ever talked with so to make a long story short I informed her that I asked the gentleman the day he picked up my son car how much it would be and he didn’t give me a answer or the rules of they business and she told me that he wasn’t out there to chitchat.Service: Car towing
