Not well they had the part I needed and came in at a very competitive price in fact a very good price but when I went to pick it up.. they gave me a condenser instead of the actual radiator so after driving 30 plus miles in terrible I80 traffic I had the wrong part time and money waisted gotta do it all again tomorrow two days off work.. I gotta do better and make sure the part is infact correct so another 60 miles tomorrow. Probably would have given it a 5 but all things considered 120 miles is a lot of driving in terrible I80 traffic

Great place to get your parts!!! Been coming for years and have bought so many parts.. specifically a transmission for my vehicle 6 years and still running Eric is always so helpful and knowledgeable and have great customer service I highly recommend!!!!

Your call Center operations is truly ineffective. The phone rings forever. Once you finally get someone they asked to call back? Who manages your center and why is the a don rate and service level suffering? There is a way to have the people needed to field high volume calls. Contact me for info. This is what I do and I had to go to a competitor because your phone center needs to be fixed, your parts and in store services are the best however!

Darn pandemic makes it hard to pay. Credit card only and you have to call it in. Other than that it's well run and they are huge, I would be surprised if they didn't have what you want.

Parts are always clean. 6 month warranty is good. Central office not smooth yet. Didn't get all parts ordered.

Place use to be great before lkq got involed,call blue island office only to get transferred to Wisconsin teicw,then put on hold for 2p minutesand left there ,

Organized but the engines are very expensive compared to other places yet they can only deliver to a certified mechanic shop

Terrible Eric the sale man, was sort of rude, And the part was not good is obvious that they don't check the parts, they care about money and screw customers! Really bad experience! Terrible!
