They’re pretty nice… especially the young lady. You get up to 30 days to try the part out to see if it really works. Keep it up. I believe the gentlemen are always in a hurry when you call. You can feel that they are not doing enough to help. They should improve themselves in that way.

this place is very unprofessional and rude . After they quoted me I double confirm with someone named Travis for the part through Facebook and he told me that it was available, after I drove for an hour and a half I couldn’t find the place because he gave me an address that is not related to this location , he gave me the 2600 old Winter Garden , after being circulating around trying to find a place I called him up and he told me where was the location So I ask him one more time about a 2010 Nissan Xterra and he told me” it should be there” like not hundred percent sure Right after that I was getting a bad feeling about that so they didn’t have the part So I didn’t want to leave empty handed and when I was walking towards the office to ask for the price of an airbag sensor a guy told me don’t go there I will help you, are you the guy from Travis he asked me? I told him yes He asked me for how much it was the quote for the fan clutch I told him 55 I told him that the guy looked already and they don’t have it , I was trying to ask him since I drove and I wouldn’t have like how much they could give me the sensor, he raise his hands not letting me finish my question like he’s got no control over the price And then he told me wait a minute Then he came back magically with the price off $175 that was like whoa man that’s way too much He told me that he was on Facebook market and eBay So I was on frustration And I was trying to make it look my position of driving for so long, wasting gas and toll for nothing And see if he could at least gave me a decent price But no ! All he did was putting excuses and playing himself as a victim and kick me out of the business because I told him that he was not trying to help me saying that he was trying to help me when it wasn’t true all he wanna do was An act of ripoff .
