Very bad experience. One star is more than what they deserve.At the pickup day/time they were closed. Opened after an hour.I was surprised that they don't have the truck I reserved online a few days ago.I ended up getting U-Haul truck. I should've done that from the beginning and saved my time.Stay away from this place.

I drive truck for a scrap metal buyer. Friday we talked to this shop because we saw a large stash of scrap metal there. We were told to come back Monday and there would be several truck loads for us. We thanked them and left our phone number. We arrived there Monday to no scrap metal at all. We were told "the land lord came and got it all". So either the guy is trying to sell someone else's property or he is a flat out lier. Either way, they are a good example of why people don't trust shops. Oh, remember that I left a phone number. But no one called to tell me I didn't need to drive 15 miles one way and waste my time and fuel. So they are basically unethical and grossly inconsiderate, at least to their vendors. I wouldn't trust then to change a wiper blade and neither should you!

Rented a Budget rental truck here. The guy at the counter was very nice and answered all my questions. Reasonable price on a truck for my move fr5 Detroit to Traverse City.
