I cannot express my disgust in dealing with this company. My husband and I have been customers for our household trash disposal for 15 years. Basically we didn't have a choice as they were the only company in this area back then. Despite a new company coming in to our area, we remained loyal to this company. Over the years, we have dealt with the usual stuff with these guys like throwing our trashcan around and breaking it and leaving trash in the can. Today was the final straw for me. Despite leaving my can out per usual for Monday pick up, my trash was not picked up. I called today to let them know. I have no idea who the rude person I talked to was, but she basically called me a liar and said I would have to pay for a service I did not get. After an exchange back and forth she hung up on me! I then called back and cancelled my service. I spoke to a nicer person who really didn't care if we cancelled or what the reason was, but she did apologize. Let's just say this company does not care about customer service or making things right with a customer if there is a problem. I have no intention of ever giving them one more dime of my hard-earned money. I am so happy we have a new company in this area and I don't have to rely on this terrible company. Not only did they not pick up our garbage, but when we called to let them know, Monica told us it was our fault even though our trashcan was by the street 4 hours before the truck came by. Monica, the incredibly rude customer service agent, told us that they don't offer any sort of refund for services not rendered, even though their lack of pick-up constitutes a breach of contract. Avoid this company at all costs. I can't believe Monica still has a job here, and I hope my rating pulls them down from a 2.1 rating to a 2.0. It should be zero based on her alone.Howdy Enterprises offers the same service and has vastly superior customer service.

I am helping my mom clean out her house for a big move. We ordered a dumpster and the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Every week we have had extra bags and they have faithfully picked up every week. Service: House & garage cleanouts

AVOID AT ALL COSTS…they have missed our trash pickup 1/4 of the time, occasionally would come on Saturday, and God forbid you have any trash that’s next to the can. Left our trash out last week on Thursday night for a Friday pickup, and they missed it. Like everybody else, we continued to produce trash and had to add a bag to an already full can. No problem, I figured, I’ll just use an old carpet to weigh the lid down since it was pretty windy. No pickup on Saturday and when I called to ask about a missed pickup, was told they didn’t pick it up because of…you guessed it, the carpet on top. Apparently the lone driver is forbidden to step foot outside of the cab, and based off the frequency of trash strewn alongside the road, it doesn’t surprise me. They play the numbers game with clients, but as more and more companies get started in the area, it wouldn’t surprise me if their total lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and just complacent attitude is their downfall.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Absolutely terrible service. They show up about half the time so weekly service turns into bi-weekly but I am still charged for weekly pickup. Their driver stops at an intersection to "look" for my cans but doesn't actually drive by & check. The intersection he stops at is about 3/4 of a mile from my actual driveway. Very rude and combative driver . Has had bad attitude and drives across private property putting ruts in lot. Speeding past pre school children with puppy. Did not even see the child. We will be call the sheriff for the next pick up day to be on site. Do not use this company. Service: Trash removal & disposal

Incredibly unprofessional company. Picked up my trash today and the worker couldn’t be bothered to put my trash can back how he got it. Instead he picks it up and throws it back to the curb. My wheel on my trash can got damaged recently and now I know why. Thought about filing a complaint but from the reviews I’ve read I can see that’s a waste of time. Incompetent driver passed by our garbage carts without picking up then lied and said our carts weren’t out when we called. Supervisor Liz at office was non caring and said “well they’re not coming back any way” and hung up. Boss at office William never called back. Horrible Skanky service…. Service: Yard debris removal

Go to Frontier Waste instead. Absolute Waste has the worst customer service. On several occasions, the would not show up for weeks on end. Even after calling and letting them know, they still would not show up as promised. The people on the telephone would hang up on you, and were very rude. Service: Junk removal

Rude customer service. I have to call in and report my trash not being picked up almost once a month. They claim my trash can wasn't at the road when the driver passes by but I bring it out the night prior everytime it's full and have video proof with timestamps.I will be looking for a different company in my area
