Talk to Ernest! Local guy who is very knowledgeable and willing to help. Went right at closing time but he still took the time to assist me and go out of his way to make sure I got what i needed without rushing me out the door. Very satisfied everytime with my experiences there.

Use to i could go here ask questions and get answers from employees who knew what they were talking about amd when i went in for a new part i always got the right one no problems at all but now most the employees dont know the difference between a dip stick amd a spark plug so asking questions gets me no where and they are always giving me the wrong parts and i have had a couple parts that were faulty which rarely happened in the past so i assume the employees arent handling parts with care when stocking new shipments on the shelves..... I now go to the calallen location where i get a lot better service and from folks who know a little bit about what they are selling me ill come back to this location when they get this store under control

Employee named Faith is very rude and unprofessional just called to find out if my parts where in and since she didn't have the answers to my questions caused her to be very rude and unprofessional. The Robstown store needs to train their employees alot more as far as customer service. Its POOR service and RUDE customer service. Disappointed with the management for not training his employee's on customer service
