No where in town had my tires but they did put them on were fast and very friendly!!

I appreciate everything they do for the customers. Reasonable prices on parts that everyone else wants to change an arm and a leg for. Got a bumper cover for my husband. Junk yards wanted $200 for one and parts stores were evern more. Action auto charged me under $120 for the exact same part. I will keep going to them for all of my car needs.

I was happy they had what I needed for my 03 chevy truck. I went to 3 other places and did not and friendly people

They always get the parts i need and great prices if you need anything this is the place to go first

I called for a part and was told by Winter that it was available. I drove there and when I arrived I was told it would only take about 15 minutes to have one of the guys go out and get it. After about half an hour Winter came up to me and informed me the part I wanted was not available . So why then was I told it was there in the first place ? A good waste of two hours of my time at action auto. Never again ! If I could post this without giving a star rating I would post it with zero stars.

My daughter went to get a battery and the woman at the counter gave her a bad attitude. I would never spend a dime there if that's the way they treat all cutomers.

Had motor ready for pick-up with only a 2 hour advance notice. Other auto salvage places I have waited 3 to 5 days to get a motor I needed

The person who was at the desk gave me the wrong battery. When I returned the battery, she yelled at me. You don't yell at customers like that. Don't go there.

They're helpful and if they don't have something you need they're more than happy to order it for you.
