    Came in last week and was in quite a pinch. Spoke with Jeff, he and the team there definitely went out of their way to get me squared away also gave me the most fair deal I could find. I hope luck is in my favor and I never have to go to a salvage yard again but if I have to this will be the one and only yard I will visit! 5 stars for sure!

    Drove three and a half hours to pick up a bumper that they said had only two spots that needed touch up paint. The pictures showed those two spots but did not show the entire bottom of the bumper had been dragged on concrete and had no paint and was physically damaged. Gave me a whole whopping $25 off. This is one place I'll never buy from again. Avoid this place at all costs.

    Had to make a trip out here for a car part i was having trouble finding. Live 2 hours away so everything was done over the phone. Gave card info, they held the part. Told me itd take 2-3 days to cut it off. They had it ready same day. Talk about customer service. Charged me upon arrival, had everything ready. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Shoutout to Tina, she helped start to finish. Cool people

    I called to get a seatbelt buckle for my 1988 LeSabre. They were able to get it off the LeSabre in their yard and sent it to me quick. Great business to work with.

    I ordered a part March 25th, money was removed same day!! So they have been paid!! I called both the 26th-27th I spoke to a man who said he'd have the mechanics pull it by the end of the day!! Called this morning spoke to a very rude young lady who didn't see a problem with taking my money but not giving my the part I payed for... She went on to say the haven't even pulled it yet and they'll send it after the holiday weekend!!! Hoping too see this part by Tuesday I would not conduct business with this company again!!!

    Wicked service and high quality parts. Asked for some small badges to be pulled along with the grill. They not only got them off perfectly but also wrapped them securely and the packaging job was top-notch (I'm sending back all the paper shreds, haha).     Purchased a motor from them that said it was good in the listing. When we picked it up the lot worker manhandled it a bit trying to get it into the back of my. I took it straight to my ASE certified mechanic and had it installed. Not only was the intake bad (so I had to replace), but once it was done and installed it ended up being a bad motor. I tried to work things out with Jerry (who said the motor was good), but he blamed everything on my mechanic. The motor had a 90 day warranty on it. He also asked my mechanic to take off the heads of the motor and take pictures and he would pay him for that labor. My mechanic did what he was supposed to do and then King Salvage never paid. Then the guy at King said he would come down and take a look at it himself to prove it wasn't his fault. He never showed up. I had to order another motor from someone trustworthy and I was out the cost for both motors and to have the motor installed twice. I will never do business with them again and will make sure no one I know does either. At the very least he could have worked with me instead of just sticking me with everything for his bad motor.

    I called them up to order parts and then I sent pictures through email to confirm the parts are right. They sent them right away the prices are great the shipping is fast and the parts are packaged very safe and secure. One of my new and awesome used parts suppliers

    I called for a part around 1 pm they said they' think they have one and they would look for it and call me if they found it. No call and its after 3 pm. I'm nervous because the junkyards all close soon. I called and she said that she thinks has it and they would call me back. No call. It's 4:30pm. I go to their location. I mention the part they don't know what I'm talking about at first then the other lady working says she hadn't heard back from the guy who looked for it. Suddenly, guy say, "You're not talking about the ford explorer part are you? Cuz it's been cut when removing a different part for someone else." It's 5pm. Missed my visit with my kid because of this. Communication between your workers needs to improve. Seriously.

    These are facts....Sold me an airbag that had sat in water. Went to plug it in and the horn constantly went off. Guy who answered the phone knew nothing about my vehicle (put me on hold several time to talk to yard mechanics about it) or its (column) design and made up excuses that didn't even apply to my vehicle's column. Wasn't even asking for money back. Was just wanting a replacement. Don't trust these guys...

    THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, YOU CAN TELL FROM THE FIRST WHEN THEY ANSWER THE CAR THEY JUST SAY KING AS THEY ARE SLEEPING, THE JEFF GUY IS UNRESPONSIBLE PERSON, THE CORY GUY RUDE PERSON, I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

    Not a great place just overall bad experience all around. They don't treat their customers or their staff like actually people. Will lie and twist things just to look down on you. Just garage people running this shop and honestly can't recommend.
