I brought my car here today 9 17 21 the customer service is excellent and they treat you like family with the best prices ever. I recommend everyone to bring you vehicles here and not the big fancy places where the prices are ridiculous. I'm not getting paid to say this and give Adam Auto Sales and Parts a chance you won't be let down.

Tom has spectacular customer service. Everything I need, they were able to get it for me within 24 hours. I will definitely be calling again when I need any more parts.

They're nice people but not very knowledgeable and the guy was about to give me the wrong parts had i not double check it and glad I did because places like these have no return policy and that would have been $45 bucks wasted.

Adam saved me so much money! I previously took my car to another mechanic because my car kept dying, I was told it was the alternator & it would be $400 for a rebuild alternator plus labor. My dad owned car dealerships when I was growing up so I waited to speak to my dad first (he's in Chicago). Dad did some research and found a used alternator at Adams for $80! So next day I went there and it gets better...after Adam looked at my car he noticed that there wasn't anything wrong with my alternator! Just the wiring and things were dirty and needed cleaning! So in the end I only spent $20 when I originally was going to be swindled out of $400! Thank you Adam for having great integrity and excellent customer service!

This is a 5-star destination for used auto parts for many reasons among which include: reliable communication, prompt response times, professional and asks good questions, the part is warrantied by the store, he tested it to make sure it works before I left, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I could not ask for better. I looked around for an oem windshield pump and, as ogden nash once said, "adam had'em".

I searched high and low for a replacement mirror for my car and had no luck until I called Adam’s Auto Sales and Part. I made my purchase and my mirror was in the very next day before noon. I also got it installed the same day and it looks good as new. Will recommend them highly! Customer service was amazing as well.

Upset he changed the prices once i got there said. Knobs where 4 for 40 inside the car but charge me 20.00 each when i showed up to.the shop a week later only brought 2 but customer service was excellent

This is my New UPDATE:(To Clarify I purchased my 2000 Nissan Altima through Frank, at Adam's new and used Auto parts, and not through Adam's New and used Auto Parts directly!) Kinda long, but please read the whole story, it's amazing!The Hidden Gem, shines again!!!! Well after buying my 2000 Nissan Maxima from Frank at Adam's New and used auto parts, I am very happy to report, my baby is still running like a CHAMP with the 3.0 engine that Frank put in in( Zoom Zoom). When I purchased the car, my mechanic friend Roy that looked at it, advised that the alternator might be going out, and well it did, and for a car that old it happens, so I called Frank as soon as the battery light came on and he told me, just come over and I will get you one. Well I was cautious and called Auto Zone to get a price and they told me $200.00 and that's with my Veterans discount, and if I trade in the old alternator. Well I went to Frank and he already knows my work is slow because of the Corna virus pandemic, and I could not believe what he did next. I arrived with the old part and he got me a new rebuilt alternator with a 1 year warranty, and it was already there in the shop before I even arrived, and I only live maybe 15 minutes away, so obliviously he ordered it for me the minute I called in to alert him of the situation. He had already decided to order the part and have it there not even knowing if I could afford it. . Now, I don;t know how he beat Auto zone by so much, only thing I can figure is that he got it for me at his own cost and did not make a penny on it. If you read this review update, and should need service, parts, or anything for your vehicle, go to ADAM's NEW AND USED AUTO PARTS, and tell them Ken Smith sent you, you will be just as amazed as I am, but wait there is one more thing. I had the switch for the automatic widow on the drivers side go out, so I went to Frank he just went back in the shop and not only gave it to me free but took the time to install it! Now believe me I have read some of the old reviews about this place, but one thing is for sure, "If you treat people with the respect that you like to receive , they usually return that respect to you", and those are not just words to read on this review, but to live by, WORKS FOR ME! My original review= HIDDEN GEM!!!! I first came here when I had my Honda accord. I found Frank on google when i needed a part for my Honda,they also installed the part and all at a great price. I used them many times after that,and referred many friends including my mechanic, and they all had good experience Adam's. Since then my Honda finally gave out, but it went to Adam's last week with my mechanic friend Roy because he needed a part for one of his customers, and I ended up buying a totally AWESOME Nissan Maxima from Frank. Even though the sign says New and used auto parts. I WANT YOU TO KNOW, THEY HAVE a inventory of cash cars.so you can find the best car you ever bought, there also!
