Needing help desperately, but got the part ordered, shipped and picked up on time!

Have good people, but not very knowledgeable when it comes to parts besides what they can look at on a computer screen. Been there 3 times in the last month and everytime they have given me the wrong part I needed. But I do like the people there.

Helpful staff bout what you can expect in terms of stuff. But they had what I need everytime I go!

This is my go-to Auto store. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! They have parts for different price options, which is really great for me, when I'm looking to save a little. They really go above and beyond at the Abingdon, VA Advanced Auto. I was having trouble with my car and Ed from Advanced Auto came outside and looked at it. He said it was the radiator and then recommended me a local mechanic. He asked about it next time i came in. The employees really care here. Can not recommend it enough.

We bought a alternator from them in 2018 they said it had a lifetime warrant and sure enough mine goes out again and they can not find the part in there computer! So we ended up having to buy any other one which isn’t cheap. Very disappointed with them.

Always greeted as soon as you come through the door. As soon as you walk in, someone ask if they can help you find anything and as you walk through, and by another employee they ask if you they can help in any way also. Great group of part specialists.

The rep was as helpful as he could be and considerable help.

My car died right in front of it and I'm from out of town - they found out the alternator died and directed me to a great trustworthy place to get it replaced. Helped with windshield wiper as well and didn't make me feel like a burden. And shout out to Jake for being such an awesome help!

Very helpful if all else fails they usually have the parts I need

Great staff, good attitude, fair prices. Desired product not in stock, premium battery, so I accepted what was available rather than come back later in the day (my battery was dead) and getting jumped or leaving the motor running was not viable.
