I ran off of a snowy road into the creek on Saturday. The temperature was 10-15 degrees. There was no way a regular tow truck was going to get me out. I called Hilt Crane & Wrecker Services and Rick B. and another gentleman arrived in a large wrecker and slowly and carefully winched my vehicle out of the creek. They also went above and beyond to make certain the truck was still safe to drive. They inspected the truck for damage before I drove it and had me to stop a couple miles down the road to check it again before I went on my way. Great customer service. Thank you so much.

Highly Recommend. Our Ford f350 dually diesel broke down on the side of the road today (while pulling a 20' trailer). Gave them a call.They came out, towed truck and trailer back to the garage, diagnosed issue, ordered parts, installed new parts, and we were on our way. Best part was Great People Skills and the Total bill was ALOT Cheaper than anticipated just for the tow, being that we were a few cities away from their garage. I had to have inspection stickers for my two cars, the gentleman was efficient and got one car done quickly, there was a seat belt light issue with the second one,I appreciated his honesty and I will getting my car inspected there again
