    My only complaint is you make it difficult to use my speed perks in store. They are attached to my account online but they don't come up when I give my number in store. Why give rewards and then make us jump thru hope to use them. Do better!

    Rude and lazy called in to see if they had a part said they did asked if Shawn could put his hands on it to make sure I was going to be driving from about a hour away then he very disrespectfully said no you can come see for yourself and then hung up on me I did call from my business line so it was recorded I will be sending it to corporate

    Again my goto for all automotive needs. Purchased a OBD scanner and used it 5-6 times on 1 car. Had a defect and quit working per the device company I contacted. Scanner was under warranty and these guys made an exchange easy. Didn't have one in-stock but they had it for me within an hour, plus 20% coupon for that day only that I had no problem putting to use. Thanks again for your help.
