Oh my gosh, I had one of the best experiences of my life. I needed a part for my car and none of the stores I went to had it in stock. I tried online but I didn't know the correct name of the part so I still couldn't find it. I knew what I needed and what it looks like so I came here. As a woman I entered the lobby and was greeted at the desk by a young lady. She gave me a map and pointed me in the direction of my quest. I Found what I needed and was able to put it in my car right on the lot. Never knew this was available. A $2 fee into a different world. Thank you for a 2 million dollar experience.

Got a fair price for our driven to the end of it's useful life car. These people are the penultimate car recyclers in our area. Organized and professional. Donna was very helpful and left us with a good feeling.... Everyone deserves to make their fair share on a business deal and I feel as if we contributed something to that process. Hey.... the check cashed. Thanks...that felt like an obituary for a car, that we had to put down and yet the parts may be on someone's donor recipient list!

Easy to find what you need. The cars and trucks are organized and you have room to pull parts. It took about 15 minutes to find and pull 3 rims. The staff was very helpful and answered my questions. Reasonable prices.

A friend of mine . She went and brought a tire with a rim . Which the employee said would fit her car. Well it didn't. She took it back the next day and they would not honer her recipe of a 30 day return. Stated that it was sold as is. Then only gave her half of her money and took the complete tire and rim back. I went in an hour later and ask to purchase the same tire and rim. It was ten dollars more than what my friend first paid . Of course I did not buy it. . NO STARS 🤬 Even though I had to rate one star to inter my experience. I would not rate even one. Unfair business.

I needed a side view driver side mirror glass that snaps into the actual mirror component that has the motor to heat the mirror power to move the mirror as well as As well as heat it to prevent morror from forming up. A GM dealership quoted me $292 for the part and then it would have taken 3 to 5 days to get it in I went to pick and pull they had one on an old Yukon denali. I pulled that mirror off paid $11.99 and my mirror issue is fully resolved. Pick and pull has a massive inventory of used parts it's unbelievable.

Our van broke down while on vacation and Scott H went over and above to creatively help me complete my transaction on a Saturday afternoon (the day before my vacation ended). He stepped me through the only possible way to get the van to his yard before they closed at 3pm and everything he said was RightOn. What a pleasure it was doing business with him.

This Place is such a rip OFF, you go in take the time to get the parts off you need, then they charge you almost retail Price. You be better off going to Rockauto.com and get brand new parts with warranty. There pricings here are ridiculous and same goes for selling your car to these con- artists.

Huge place if you're looking for a part you just go in and get a ticket and they tell you where to walk to for you to get the part yourself.The part I needed there was supposed to be available on two vehicles, but only one was found... but I was able to get the part I needed! And it was very reasonably priced as well!
