The BEST experience I have ever had with an auto parts store . It was late and close to closing time, but I was in desperate need of help with what to get for my car to help with the issues I was having and Dave went above and beyond for me as I do not know anything when it comes to cars. 💀 Jp was there also and very helpful . I wanted to leave a good review so that they are recognized for their great customer service. Dave took care of my issue and helped me get what I needed and also made sure I was good to go for the rest of my trip. 😊

A girl named Jerica helped me. They didn't have what I needed, however she ordered it for me. I found it at another store and she was able to cancel the order. Very professional

I enjoy going on to store 2002 across from chic fil a. They are always helpful and are willing to go the extra mile. They don't just throw parts at you. Go see them They are more then helpful. 😀

2/2 days that I've came before 6pm they've been closed. Irritating to drive from Holt to a store that's supposed to be open that's closed with the open sign blinking out front.

Great place for home projects on your vehicle almost always have parts in stock and if they don't they can usually get it overnight very helpful staff very knowledgeable

I like this place! People there are friendly and do not treat you like an inconvenience to their day.

Dave is the only staff member that is not completely rude all the time. He is extremely helpful. I wish I could say that about anyone else that works there. I'll order parts and drive past the north Crestview store to get them at the south store where they're actually helpful and have good customer service. If there was a rating below 1 star I wouldn't hesitate to give it.

Called about a part for an older vehicle. Not only were they helpful in exactly WHICH part I specifically needed, but had it in stock as well!!! Didn't have to pay an arm & a leg for it either, & they even had it waiting at the counter when I arrived!! So, was a quick stop trip with no hassle!! These guys are great!!
